Room and hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good, hot, plentiful and area clean.

At breakfast in a dining room full of white adults and kids. Me the only black person in the room was ask for my room key. And the name associated with that room .no other person in that room was ask to provide there keys.It was blatant discrimination and totally embarrassing.

Our late check-in was made pleasant as the clerk helped us get our room quickly as she noticed we were really tired. The hotel is in good shape. The room was better than what I expected.

Called down to the front desk 2 times saying I couldn't get hot water in the shower. No shower that night. Next morning poured water into the coffee pot and it ran out the bottom into the desk.

The pool was nice. The room was clean when we got there. Stayed for 3 nights, didn’t clean our room during stay until we asked. Breakfast 6am to 9pm. I came down at 9:05 and the man behind the check-in immediately ran over to put the food away saying sorry but it’s 9:05. Card keys often didn’t work.

The room was clean and quiet. The shower curtain was weird. It would come off the rod, one “hole” at a time when trying to close it. By the end of my stay, it was half way off. The rod was too tall to try to fix it.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful. The room was comfortable except the bed was so high that an average woman would not be able to sit on it without a struggle. I’m not sure why that choice was made.

The place was decent but not great. The room was in need of maintenance. There was no aerator on the faucet & it sprayed water everywhere. The shower didn't have adequate pressure. The bed was nice except the pillows were unusually small. Overall the room was clean but could use a detailed cleaning.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable. True, the room decor is a tad dark and slightly outdated and the bathrooms could certainly use a remodel but they were spot-on on the things that matter most to me (friendly service, comfort, safety, and free breakfast). I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

after calling the location prior to booking i was told an early check in was available for an extra fee..drove 2 in a half hours to be told by a manager they do NOT do that! I then had to wait until 2pm to check in due to rooms not being cleaned. I slept in my truck for 3 hours and proceeded to wait in their lobby for an additional 3 hours!
i will NEVER book this hotel ever again!!

Toilet didn't flush properly, the facet continue to run, the maids didn't know how to make the beds & didn't change the sheets for a whole week. Furniture was damaged. It was just nasty for a Best Western.

Ac didn’t stay at temp had woke up in middle of night sweating, had to just turn ac on max temp to get room to stay cool. Bathroom had repairs done that weren’t very good seemed to be older hotel
