Was surprised I had to pay the resort fee separately and it wasn’t included in the price we paid for the room through hotels.com. Those fees made the cost of the hotel seem much higher than we expected. While a nice location and historical hotel. The price is high for what you get. I’d expect a lot more amenities for paying guests considering you don’t need to stay at the hotel to use the same “amenities” with the exception of the outdoor pool which in the Fall isn’t an option.

Congress Hall is a beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and the staff go out of their way to make the experience special. The location is right across from the ocean. You can relax by the pool or beach Or explore the town easily by walking from the hotel.

Easy beach access. Fabulous reception staff, especially Donna (3-11 pm). Wonderful housekeeping staff. Big Pig Tavern outside dining options are great (except neither restaurant is open 2-5 pm, cafe with pre-packaged sandwiches and on-premises baked goods is).

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The beach facilities and service were excellent. The pool area is very clean, and the service was great. Our room was freshened twice a day. Valet parking was quick and included with the room. Staff were so friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely be back!!

It’s a awesome place, centrally located, ocean front, beautiful lawn with unlimited beaches, nice brown bar and blue pig and have night life in the
Boiler room. Although it’s very prices but I would highly recommend.

The management is not very understanding or accommodating to extenuating circumstances. Our 1 year old son became very sick on this trip and we had to leave 1 night early. We went to the front desk before checkout and explained the situation. Management refused to refund for the night or offer a credit. I was hoping to get the chance to stay here again, but I no longer feel this way will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest that everyone do the same
