Just needed a place to get a few hours of sleep and a shower. Staff was friendly, it was clean and it met our needs.

The good— Upon arriving, check in was easy, and the clerk informed me there was HOT breakfast served daily at 6am to 9am and was able to get to my room quickly- bed was very comfortable (much needed after a long day driving)
The bad— in the bathroom I observed a cockroach crawling on the ceiling and there was no fan to get rid of the steam from shower.
The door to room was missing the top lock.
The air/heater unit made so much noise I had to turn it off.
Then at 6:05am I go to get breakfast and the biscuits and gravy was still ICE COLD as well as the bacon- I was just going to take it to my room and heat it up in the microwave (NO MICROWAVE IN BREAKFAST AREA) BUT as I was walking away with my paper plate full of food I was YELLED at by a lady at the counter and told I could not leave breakfast area with the food . I explained the food was still cold and wanted to heat it up in room since no microwave in area and was told no! I had to throw the entire plate away - such a shame that they would rather food go in the trash!

Even after telling him to stop, he came back twice again. There was a language barrier. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. MY WIFE WAS WITH ME AND HE FRIGHTENED HER. When loading the car the next morning he confronted her again. We reported this to the front desk and they said they were housekeepers and were checking for empty rooms. If checkout is 11am LEAVE THE GUESTS BE. We were promised a call from the owner, of the Byron GA location, but that has yet to happen. DON’T WASTE YOUR DOLLARS.

Only paid $50 after rewards for the night so not completely upset about the situation. Decent place just to rest your head and move on during your trip.

The smell of marijuana lingers everywhere, you are supplied with 2 very thin towels, washcloths, and hand towels, and the soap and shampoo dispensers are empty. The A/C is one of those that has to run constantly so it’s very noisy. The evening and morning front desk people where really kind and helpful.

We came in for one night stay after traveling all day great price great location easy on and off to i-75 and friendly staff clean room everything is great and they accept pets for $15 each. The only thing is the parking is a little weird you have to go next to the building and then kind of Park along the side or all the way in the very back it's one way in One Way out.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The area outside the hotel had a lot of random items laying around. Toilet plunger, flower pots laying around. The room we stayed in was pretty clean although the toilet did flush properly. Had to push the handle down twice to flush.
