I cannot say enough about how exceptional this hotel is. Everything, from the staff to the room, was perfect! Nell went above and beyond to take care of me. As a solo female traveler visiting Italy for the first time, I felt completely safe and well looked after. The staff accommodated an early check-in and ensured I reached my next destination safely, even after the transportation company made an error. The area around the hotel is safe, and despite the noise outside, the rooms are soundproof, providing a peaceful stay. The air conditioning was just right, there was plenty of hot water, and the breakfast options were excellent, with all the specialty coffee you could wish for. They also arranged fantastic tours at great prices. I promise, you can't go wrong choosing this hotel. The location is conveniently close to everything!

We stayed here one night before our flight to Uk . We stayed in a triple room and they set up 3 angle beds as requested. Room and amenities were great . Reception staff were helpful . Breakfast was great . It was in a busy areas near all shops and restaurants . We would visit again

The stay in the Hotel II Convento was very pleasant: caring staff, rooms very clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. Location is good, everything is nearby.

Despite being in Naples and the Spanish Quarter with somehow... "Naples-way-of-life" they are really doing a great effort. Great rooms, great breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel only 1 minute walk of the main shopping street in Naples and surrounded with plenty of food options. We had an early flight and the hotel reception sorted out out with a taxi to the airport for a great price and had breakfast in a take away bag for us both to bring along so we would not go hungry. Would definitely stay again when visiting Naples

Excellent stay! The front desk people were so so nice and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony was amazing and the bathroom was BIG which is rare to find. Would absolutely stay again, cannot recommend enough!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections were fantastic. They leave pastries out for the day that was great when we came back at night . Location fantastic . Rooms was clean and comfortable bed .
