Good to excellent overall. The decor was a little odd with a mirror in the corner behind an end table that was barely accessible, while there was an empty wall where it could have made sense. Pictures in bedroom were bunched in one area while other walls had virtually nothing. The breakfast was very nice and better than expected.

Gave us a handicap accessible room. Light for bathroom was outside bathroom and exhaust fan very loud. Husband got up before me but the light and fan noise woke me up. Also upon checkin had to ask for extra roll of toilet paper; the body wash for shower was outside shower and there was body lotion in shower. Couldn’t switch ourselves so I told front desk but it never got switched. Also tv in bedroom didn’t work. Told front desk and they never fixed during our stay. Also room was also not cleaned when we left for the day and we were out of room early as was meeting family. Overall not a great experience. Will not book again.

Everything was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was clean and maintained. Breakfast was GREAT. Rooms were clean. LOVED every minute staying here. Will always recommend and hopefully stay here again in tbe near future.

Everyone was awesome when I stayed with my family. The staff is great. Only thing is the door's are hard to open and shut in our room. And the A/C made a load noise when it was running. The pool is very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast service was good, but you could tell the one person woeking breakfast was so overwhelmed Other staff would pitch in and help, but it still wasn't enough. Some of the linens were permanently stained and need to be thrown out. Some towels were torn. The carpets are stained down the hallways and staircases. More staff need to be hired to keep the place up. Corporate should be ashamed to charge $175 a night in the condition it is in, and they should be ashamed of how overworked their employees are even within the traditional 9-5 model.

What I didn't like was that I jad to use the restroom in the lobby cause the toilet in my room was to low. I handicap.

The room was very nice. The only two things that struck us a bit odd were that there were no ice machines. Later we discovered that there was an icemaker in the freezer in the room that had been stopped from making ice. So we had no way of getting ice until it made 5 ice cubes at a time. Also, we had a king suite with a pullout double bed. The only way to get to the bathroom was through the master bedroom. It was ok for us since it was just our teen daughter sleeping on the pullout but she was suspossed to bring her friend with her (but ended up not being able to come last minute) which would have been a bit awkward for her to go through our room when we were sleeping to use the bathrrom during the night if needed. Both of these things need to be info listed on the hotel listing and i think it would be helpful to have a note on the fridge as well, notifying of the ice maker in the fridge. It looks like your typical fridge with no dispenser on the outside so yoy would have no idea it was there unless you open the freezer.

This was average hotel. Rooms were decent but very outdated and needed work in bathrooms as exhaust fan wasn’t working on the shower fixtures holding up the shampoo and soap was falling apart. Could use some painting and updating. Location was good and easy to access.

We had a nice stay here. Front desk and “pantry” area could’ve been stocked a bit better. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a terrible service for our 3 night stay. There was some misunderstanding at the check-in and the employee at the front desk who was ombviosly alone and overwehlmed asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation and find a place elsewhere!! The terrace was dirty and the fountain was a pond. The pool had no air conditioning. The breakfast was cheap : always scrambled eggs with one meat and frozen fruits. The staff was non-existent. No room service. And the room we had (109) was next to an exit and it was very noisy. The dishware was broken and the kitchen poorly equiped. Most of the laundry machines were broken.
