Room was nice but no hot water. Staff moved us on second day, so that was good. Hotel being renovated so lobby is a mess and it is difficult to get in and out of hotel. It’s also noisy if you’re on the front side of the building. Staff was very nice and breakfast was fine, typical fare for hotels of this type. I would stay again after renovations are completed, but not now, October 2024.

The hotel should be closed during renovation. No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower… just a dribble. Closets had no rod to hang clothing. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at a Hilton property. The bench seating in the eating area was uncovered Styrofoam. There was no one wiping any of the tables. The view out of our window was disgusting. We had to stay two nights due to a wedding in town. Could not have been more disappointed.

Room had just been renovated and was basic but large, clean, and inviting. The hot breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good value and nice hotel.

There was no closet to put away our clothes so we were forced to put away formal clothing on the couch and the TV was not in working condition.

Parking spaces for handicap we’re blocked by a high lift, no chair in the room, pool and public restrooms were closed, tables in breakfast area needed folded napkins under the leg to keep from tipping. Mattresses, old and new, refrigerators, microwaves blocking the corridors. Shower floor is 3-4” above the bathroom tile floor causing me to slip and fall getting out of the shower, air conditioner ran constantly regardless of the thermostat setting. Sidewalks outside were dirty with construction and debri. Flower beds were full of what looked like paint dropping I have stayed in 100,s of rooms all over the world. Never ever have I written a bad review. But this WAS HORRIBLE. I paid over $1000 for us for four nights and my sister in another room for 2 nights. I was embarrassed and apologetic to her and her husband as they seldom travel and I certainly didn’t want her to think we were OK with your property.

Elevator broke down on Day 2 of a 4 day stay and was not repaired before I left; Room was in process of renovation and while comfortable was a bit spartan. - Lost hot water last day.

Hampton Inn Leesburg has been undergoing renovations for a long time. Our king size room had only a desk chair with no other easy/comfortable chair available in the room. We contacted the lobby and while they recognized the inconvenience, they offered that WE could come to the lobby and take one of those chairs up to the room. The reason that was provided for the lack of a chair is that they are still doing the finishing touches to the rooms. The price hasn’t changed and we got an unfinished room? Top it off, there was some issue with the elevators so they were not working. Additionally, the water pressure was so-so , the bathroom door could not be completely shut without using force and the main room door squealed when opening it. The parking lot is very limited because of the spaces used up by construction company doing the renovations. The Hampton Inn has long been one of our primary choices but not so much any longer.

Group of us stayed in this hotel. Several rooms did not have tv. The last night of our stay my tv fell from the wall. Another room had the water stick in the on position. Staff was great and helpful.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I believe our room wasn't quite finished. No hooks in bathroom and large bottles of shampoo, etc. just placed in corners of the tub. We came back later in the night and there were NO parking spots available in the lot due to renovation storage trailers and dumpsters. A/C needed to be repeatedly reset to cool room.
