The location was good. The room had no air conditioning (we didn't notice upon booking), but there was a fan and we could also open the window. Very small shower stall and WC, but cute.

I love the rooms and the views and cleanliness and all the hospitality and also customer service but keep in mind most hotel in Zermatt or Switzerland don’t have AC so keep in mind, this hotel doesn’t have AC

Room was hot like a sauna. They did give us fans in each room but that just circulated the hot air. It was difficult to sleep at night especially for the kids.

We loved being on the top floor with views. They room was very spacious, bathroom not so much but we had very hot water for our showers. We enjoyed our breakfast of croissants and lattes. Easily walkable for gelatos and dinner. Only 1 mile walk to old town Bern which was so pretty.

Very personable staff. Tram to all over Bern is convenient. The staff gave great advice about shopping and nearby excursions.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that it had a fridge and two fans. The bath is a little small and the shower not very comfortable, but the size of the room makes up for a small bath. The area is not the best, but the convenience of the tram a block away is great. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The only thing we did not like was that the breakfast was not great, not a lot to choose from.

Small room but perfectly enough room for one person for one night. I bit noisy in the evening. Strong wind during night made windowshades make noice, which woke me at 1.30 wondering is someone coming in from the window. Breakfast ok, personnel friendly. Cheapest atm I could find at Bern and I'm happy.
