Hotel is close to the motorway so handy if you are driving and need a place to sleep. Hotel has free indoor parking. The room was basic but it was quiet and clean. I did not like the hard beds and smell of smoke in the room and that everyone was smoking on the terrace where we had our evening meal.

Unique about the experience was the wonderful treatment we received from the hotel staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and the town is awesome’

we stayed here 2 nights, after driving 2 days solid from Calais, we needed a break. We found this a really relaxing hotel, well positioned on the north side of Salamanca in a relatively quiet position, though seeming to be near a main road. plenty of parking inside the boundary of the hotel. Reception was very efficient and our room was excellent value.
Dinner was top notch, both in the restaurant one night and in the bar the second night. Breakfast was good too.
Hotel location allows you to walk into the city centre - it took us about 25 mins and a pretty straight road (downhill on the way there)

An adequate, professionally-maintained small business hotel —perfect for group tours or small events. It has a small pool ideal for young families. You’ll be just outside historic city center in a nondescript neighborhood making it easy to get on the highway. Large supermarket across the street.

Clean rooms. Unfortunate there was no usual amenities such as tea/coffee facilities in room or ironing board. Was not as advertised as a 4 star hotel.

We just stayed here one night and didn't have a chance to explore the area. But it seemed nice and quiet. Only 30 minutes walking distance to old town. The hotel looks new and well-maintained. The staffs (reception Ms. May..., sorry for my memory, her name is not common in North America to the restaurant's waiter, Mr. Raúl) are very courtesy and professional.

Booked to stay overnight to break up a long journey. Underground parking spaces reasonable size but manoeuvring is a little tight. Room was a good size but bed was rock hard. Breakfast paid to external provider not to hotel, cheap compared to other hotels, but fried eggs were cold and the choice was the usual bread, meat, cheese options.

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Rooms clean and tidy
Bit of noise coming from neighbouring rooms???
Breakfast was plentiful but the cooked breakfast was cold and the croissant were rock hard in the centres.
Other than that, it was a lovely hotel

Hotel was easy to find and reception services quick and simple. Hotel was clean and tidy, as was the room. Things I like to see in a room, i.e. an iron, a safe and coffee making facilities were absent. And the room was just too hot. 26° and couldn’t be adjusted. We didn’t use the restaurant facilities.
