The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a safe and convenient area. I have stayed in this hotel several times before over the years and always really enjoyed it, but this time it was disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't sleep for the heat. We arrived back after going out, too late to do anything about it, and when we informed reception in the morning, there was no apology. The receptionist just said he was surprised. It didn't seem to matter to them. Moreover, the fridge wasn't working properly either - it didn't keep the food cool we'd bought for the journey home next day, so we ended up throwing it out. Not the best end to our holiday.....

Great location, easy access to everything you could want in visiting Barcelona. Staff were courteous, helpful and always having a smile.Thank you.

Excellent place, rooms are small but serve the purpose when on vacation. front desk very helpful and nice. Breakfast delicious. Will likely stay.

This is a convenient location. Close to Metro and bus service. It is a quiet neighborhood. Not a lot of traffic around it. The breakfast was very good!

Nice hotel, a little small if you have big suitcases and they need an extractor fan in the bathroom but apart from that overall comfortable and a great location

Very nice hotel, clean and nice design overall. Superbe room with street view to embrace the city life. The gentlemen and the desk covering the evening shift was not welcoming at all. The morning/day staff were great and made a difference. We expect a better welcoming experience at the price range.

Loved it. Clean, simple and enough room for us to function in the room. Staff was wonderful. Easy to get to the metro.

Though not exactly in the heart of the city it has easy access to metro which makes it very convenient to get to anywhere easily. The hotel itself is clean and adequate with everything working well.
