Low on maintenance. Water came dirty on the first day. Shower heads not cleaned water splashing all over in the bathroom.

Broken sink and tap. Mold in bathroom shower. Toilet flush not working didn’t even bother to fix. Interior needs heavy maintenance. outside facade is all you get for the price interiors are dated. They charge you for every little thing such as requesting ice. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Property was nice but far from all sights. Very inconvenient. Nowhere to walk or enjoy close by. Everything is about 45 minutes to an hour by car. I felt like this was misrepresented by both the hotel and Expedia.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Nitin for his excellent support. I would definitely recommend this. Room facilities are good. Food is tasty. I also used the fitness center and all equipment were operational and in good condition.

Nice quiet and cozy place....away from the main roads and noise pollution. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food was also good. Special thanks to Mani at front desk for his help and care.

The hotel is not clean. Doesn't deserve to be called a four-star hotel. The food is horrible. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

For checkin had to wait for 40 min in the lobby. Very isolated location. No shops or malls within walking distance. Rooms and the floor corridors were too old. Hotel in dire need of renovation. No Central switch in the room. I had to manually switch off ten lights and then had to sleep.

the stay was just average. i did expect better experience in dining, room cleanliness. i think food is indian oriented. i didn't like the taste of chinese/continental dishes. There was substantial slow leakage of water in bathroom.

Very bad experience. Room was very dirty and was cleaned when we checked in. Food quality was pathetic and its service was very poor. Park Inn by Radisson at IP Extension East Delhi is probably the worst property I have ever stayed in.
