This is a hotel that you stay at to simply sleep. It’s not an experience and the walls are paper thin. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower due to it’s condition. If you are looking to travel on a budget and don’t care for amenities and plush anything then this is your place.
However, if you’re used to luxury, this is not the place for you.

We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay at Hotel Palladium. The staff were gracious, professional and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! And we loved the location - close to the action but on a quiet street. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

If you are looking for a small simple hotel with fantastic staff, near the main shopping area but just far enough from all the noise, then this hotel may be for you. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and we even had a UK socket in our room. Plus you get a free welcome drink (and you may get a snack from the bar free if you are celebrating a birthday). However, there are a few bits you need to be aware of. The breakfast range isn't that big, the lift is quite small, and there are a few bits that you would expect to be in your room but may have to ask for. One of the other things that happened to me was that one of the QR codes in the room put me onto a monthly subscription media website, so watch out for this (it will ask for card details).

Great hotel in the perfect location in Palma. We were walking distance from all the fun spots in the historic district. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with tourist suggestions, places to eat and taxi service. Hotel was in a beautiful area.
