While I’m not a W lover because I feel the style is a bit dated and rooms poorly designed with a focus on being HIP rather then designed for a traveler.
Housekeeping was EXCELLENT and staff very friendly and nixe!

W hotels have yet to let me down. This one is so clean, and the rooms are amazing, even the basic ones! Beautiful property

The bed sheet is dirty but we only find out when we wake up in the morning.
The yellowish stain part at the bottom of right corner side, it has been washed but still stain a big part of it.

Hotel is driven by expensive, modern, status driven vanity over functionality. Thankfully they let us have our 50lb dog stay with us. She is a good girl!
