This is a nice, older hotel,two story, and laid out around the pool/gabezo area will trees. It's very tranquil. The restaurant is nice, but a limited menu. The food was prepared well. The take aways are that it's older, and in need of upkeep. Both restrooms 🚻 near the pool were closed for renovation. I am here before the season begins.

I have stayed here many times, all good. This one, not so much. I asked the a room on the first floor, and the room they provided was the smallest room I have ever seen. The shower was tiny, but had a nice leak which made the floor wet. The shades didn’t work, so there was a very bright light all night. The tv didn’t work, but when repaired, discovered that it wasn’t a smart tv, so basically worthless. The ac worked, but you had to figure it out as it wasn’t logical.

THe staff is amazing helpful and friendly. The rooms are large am=nd the food is good.

Last minute booking for a great stay. Place is in a great location and close to everything. Rooms from first building might be noisy as one high transit road is just in front of the property.

In general, it is a transient hotel, more for families and excursions than for business. however, I found the desk in the room is well located. the WIFI is very good. The rooms are a bit neglected, as you find stained and deteriorated things. it has a great advantage and that is that it has a shuttle to and from the airport.

overall, the hotel was good, had to change rooms as the 1st room offered was not good. the breakfast was good, the overall service was as expected. the location was good for walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Friendly helpful staff. Decorated nice for CR Independence Day. Spacious rooms and very clean.

Simply amazing

Amazing place to stay near the airport, with some nice restaurants, bank and shops within walking distance. The staff even let me print some documents on the printer and computer they have in the lobby for guests, which saved me a big headache. In addition, they stored some bags for a week while we took a side trip. Huge plus. Rooms are nice with mini fridge and coffee maker, plus a safe, and the garden setting is gorgeous. Extensive free breakfast with waiters and a nice variety ( good coffee!) I would definitely stay here again. The only con is the shuttle only picks up at airport once an hour so if you miss it (every hour at the :45) you have to wait or take an expensive taxi. Also if you’re flying out on Sansa ,you need to tell them before you leave the hotel because they won’t circle back and take you to the separate small terminal (it’s before the main airport). Overall great hotel.

It was an excellent stay. A great hotel

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is old but clean and well maintained. The only negative thing is that We can hear every single sound in the hallway the whole morning (I am a light sleeper)., otherwise, would have been a perfect experience.

Beautiful property, Affordable price, Breakfast had many option, Glad there is a shuttle to get your around the facility because it is huge and has many steep hills. Shower water was super hot. No iron or refrigerator in the room. I had room 215 it has a beautiful view of the volcano.

The house keeper never clean the room just changed the towels. The food in the restaurant wasn’t so great but breakfast was decent. Overall the staff service was great. The front desk was super friendly and help full. I enjoyed my stay

Directly next to a real busy highway. Houses next to the hotel have high concrete walls, metal bars on top with military barbed wire and cameras. Prisons in Florida are jealous and less protected. Restaurants and a little shopping market have two armed security during shopping hours next door.
