Beautiful little hotel in perfect location. The rooms have authentic mountain chalet chic and are very quiet, clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel offers good quality food, although the portions are rather on the smaller side. Breakfast buffet is great and offers plenty of quality food and beverages.

This hotel is lovely with very nice rooms. However be warned they have the strangest and most hopeless air conditioning system you can imagine. You operate it through the TV and it doesn’t have temp, just zones. You also cannot change the fan speed. So in the middle of the night my wife was hot and we had to turn on the large TV to change to another zone - which we had no idea what it was. It also blows right onto you face while sleeping. I moved to the couch it was so uncomfortable.
Also we found some front desk to be less than accomodating. When we asked for information about the area we didn’t really feel like they wanted to help. We would say most were great and the restaurant team were excellent.

This might be our favorite hotel of all time. The 10/10 reviews were exactly right. The staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our little patio was nice for morning coffee and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Absolutely lovely. The hotel will pick you and your luggage u at the train station, simply call them when you are due to arrive.

My son is 6’5”, and he slept very comfortably on the sofa bed. The room was very spacious. A bridge with an excellent view of the Matterhorn at sunrise is nearby.

First class. This family owned hotel has mastered hospitality and obviously has excellent hiring and training programs. Staff was exceptional, food and service top notch. Naria at front desk is one of the best I’ve encountered. She was impressive in her manner and how she interacted and assisted guests.

We loved it here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are traditionally appointed and cozy, clean. Breakfast, bar and onsite restaurants were great too. We are already discussing our return to Zermatt and Julen!

This hotel was top notch, from the front desk staff, to the servers/bartenders, the spa/massage therapist, to the housekeeping staff! The room was very comfortable...except for American standards, it was very warm. We slept with our balcony doors open every night, even during the snow flurries. The bed and bedding were amazing! There was a complementary mini bar that they restocked every day. Turn down service with chocolates was a nice surprise. The morning breakfast was incredible, you could get an omelet or pancakes if you didn't find something on the buffet. Fresh squeezed orange juice and mimosas were also included. The cappuccino was amazing! The dinners also did not disappoint! Overall 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there.

As someone who spends about 50 nights a year in a hotel I can say with certainty that this is the best place I remember staying! The staff are incredible, the location is super convenient, and the restaurant in the hotel is the most sought-after in town!
Can’t wait to come back, and stay twice as long…

Can't give this hotel enough 5 stars. Everything was amazing:
1. The location. If you ski, it's an easy walk to the bus that takes you to the lifts. There are bars, restaurants, shopping, anything you want on a vacation is steps away.
2. The rooms are big, warm and cozy.
3. What really stood out is the welcoming service and atmosphere. We will come again just for that
