Pool was well maintained. The fire alarm went off one night about 5 times, before the repair person showed up. Took them about 2 hours to respond to front desk call. The people at the front desk were very concerned for the guests. There was no fire.

The pool was closed and that is one of the reasons we booked out stay with you. We did not find out until check in that it was closed and with 2 kids and temp well over 100 degrees they were excited for the pool but ended up disappointed

It was me and my family's first time in Fresno. We really enjoyed it. The maintenance worker gave us recommendations and that was about it for any interaction with anyone who worked there. At least for me. When we walked in, they just looked at the computers/desk. The room was cozy and quiet. TV was great, you can use netflix(your own) and was nice quality. The bathroom, is small... :/ there were stains in the bathtub where bleach was left to take away mold so it was like red pinkish and then by the upper area near the body wash and shampoo had a huge black mold underneath the caulking. The shower head is comfortable loads of water coming out, water pressure was nice. Outside is pretty and comfortable. Inside, felt a bit unwelcoming. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, maybe just in another room.. hopefully. Willing to give it another chance for sure!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. The dining area was comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

I stay here every time when I come to my home office. Nice friendly staff, clean comfortable room & perfect location.

Issue was check in. The person at the front desk initally was just missing. After about a 5 minute wait she showed up but was very erratic. Seemed like she was either on something or drunk. Then she took forever to check in with rapid random talking

Dirty hallways, dirty floors, mold in shower culking , broken floor tiles, scratxhes on doors, elevators were dirty, breakfast was bad, not flavor.

Cockroaches - dead and alive found in the women washroom right beside the kitchen. Complained to the front desk. Blind was not working properly on the room. The coffee filter baskets provided were not the right ones.
