horrible experience , i ordered a Pizza from a near by venue, left some inside the box , and about 45 mins later, i saw about 5-8 Roaches inside the pizza box. After that , i did ask for a room change, the reception guy , who was a terrible aid, bad humor , he send me to another floor , and told me , "I can´t assure that this new room does not have bugs or roaches". At my new room, guess what ! also a couple of baby roaches moving over the bed. By far the worst Holiday Inn i´ve ever stayed.

Accommodated our request for early check in. Room was big, clean, comfy bed and quiet. Complimentary shuttle to airport.

After a day of traveling, I came here to finally rest. My reservation was cancelled, I didn’t need that to end my day. The reservation desk helped me and got me a room. When I got to my room, it was so clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again.

My stay was comfortable. Checkin took a while because here was only 1 front desk agent. I only stayed 1 night, therefore, i didnt use the amenities. I didnt have any issues until I forgot something. I called several times and still haven't retrieved my item.

Very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel overall had a very musty smell. Everything appeared clean but upon closer inspection was absolutely not. I walked around the room barefoot after taking a shower (with dry feet) and my feet were completely black within minutes. Our shower glass door was broken and to get in/out of the shower was a weightlifting nightmare. Our toilet barely flushed and almost overflowed with even the smallest amount of urine.

Well everything seemed very nice and clean. The gentleman that was there to check us in was very friendly and polite, very professional. Upon entering our room, very nice and clean. The temp was nice and we could see the pool from our window. Although we didn't use the pool, it would have been nice for a dip, but not very big. The restaurants are far away and unavailable if you have to walk. The bathroom in the lobby is locked so of you have to wait for the check-in you must ask to go to the bathroom Boyfriend found a dying bug in the dresser Petty but no bacon in breakfast (the wall says bacon but it was sausage gravy)

Don’t expect early check in at all. They don’t have any. They do have excellent customer service and we slept in the lobby for a couple of hours before check in. They have 2 long couches that worked for that. They have all shower amenities full sized. (Not to take home). Dove shampoo and conditioner. They have dove body wash and hand wash as well as dove body lotion in the bathroom. All full sized. The fountain water is drinkable and refreshing. They have coffee out all hours just no decaf (international delight creamer full sized. The beds are very firm. The showers could use a deep cleaning though. They have a shuttle to and from the air port. It may take a while to get to the hotel but the drive to the airport seems as it goes every hour 5 minutes after the hour. The pool was incredible! Soft water and very clean! The exercise equipment was very clean and they have a water station in it as well. Also a yoga ball is available just in case you’re pregnant. Overall a good experience.
