We checked in on Saturday. On Sunday evening, there was no water for several hours...mind you, when we initially went to report this to the front desk, we were told that the water would be back in "half an hour". Later in that night, the fire alarm in the entire hotel was going off and there were zero announcements made as to why. This continued for about 6 times or more every 15 to 20 minutes. At the sound of the 2nd alarm thereabouts, we went to enquire what was going on but no plausible reason was given and this continued. From a safety standpoint, this is inexcusable for any business muchless a hospitality business. Patrons generally trust you with their safety by booking to stay at your hotel and this is how you handle a fire alarm going off multiple times??? That is totally unacceptable. As if things weren't bad enough, when we tried to shower on the following morning, Monday, there was no hot water...and again, no notification, no nothing.

Check in was easy. The room was comfortable however the shower did not drain the water so i wasn't able to take a shower comfortably. We called front desk and they advised that was something maintenance needed to work on after we left the room. Gym was pretty small. Only has 3 treadmills and weights. Also we had a lady who was living here in the room beside us and constantly complained about my son making noise. Was pretty annoying considering this is also a hotel and we tried to keep it down.

It is a little more expensive than some of the other hotels near by but you definitely get value for money. The rooms are cleaned to a very hight standard, the staff are welcoming and friendly and best of all the breakfast is amazing with a good variety of choice :)

Property looks dated, frig in the room was leaking. Walking distance to the train station. Breakfast was again just OK but a good variety.

Overall, very comfortable stay. The room cleanliness and housing keeping were good. The bathroom door of my room was jammed and could not be locked. Finer detail should be paid to cleaning the bathroom and bathroom sink area, and room carpet.

Stayed here to go to the Toronto Zoo and the location is perfect. 20-minute drive to the Zoo, but far enough that you don't have to deal with the Toronto traffic.

Proximity to highway and amenities is very good. Very nice breakfast included and room was exceptional with everything you could possibly need for short or long stays. I will definitely use this facility again.

We got the suite. Both rooms were well furnished and modern. TVs mounted. Good size space for a kitchen with actual plates and utensil. I would recommend this hotel again

Our booking was overbooked and we were put into a one bedroom suite for five people. We had booked a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. No additional cost was available and one of the kids was forced to sleep on the sofa cushions on the floor. Everything in the area was fully booked so we had no choice. Fortunately it was for one night only. No contact was made with us beforehand and we only found out about this issue when we checked in.

Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was very good, hotel was clean and hallways looked modernized. My only complaint was the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable and ready to be replaced. Apart from that the room was everything we expected and our stay very enjoyable.
