This is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls.
The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected.
There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price.
Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Majority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room.
The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater.
Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

We left an envelope with lots of cash and documents in the room safe. We called back a day later, and had everything returned to us. Thank you thank you.

Why did the room cleaner not report to management the fact that I left my mobile phone charger cable in the room (363). It is called stealing. Pity that these acts unfairly tarnish the rest of the staff who worked enthusiastically to keep all their guests happy.
