Stayed one night. Conveniently located when in transit in Annecy Rooms dont look as good as in the photos

The breakfast was very good. It was close to the Annecy Castle. The front desk was friendly. The reason I gave them a low rating was we found corners in our room with cobwebs and my wife hates spinders.

Super hotel. Ideal for a base for my Alps cycling experience. I stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff were really helpful. Food was great. Rooms cleaned beautifully each day. The only bad thing though was the location of the hotel, as it was about a mile steeply uphill from Annecy centre, with the motorway in the background. The motorway noise didn't disturb my sleep though.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The cost of the hotel was very reasonable, however it was a little outside Annecy which required us to use the car more than we initially thought.
However the bar was well stocked and the menu more than passable.
All in all a great place to visit and a good value hotel.

Classic Campanile, which is to say neat and clean, plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices, etc. Close (for driving at least) to the Lake or other areas of Annecy.

Staff were fine, the breakfast buffet was nice, but the room was quite small and on the ground level, which caused a problem when people were talking loudly in the parking lot right outside our window.
