Our stay was excellent. It’s the perfect hotel to adjust from the states to the European lifestyle. The room was extra spacious. The staff were able to let us check in early which was so kind. The bathroom was top notch and extremely clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job in the entire room. Turn down service every night. The room provides filtered water which is great! My only suggestion would be offer bottles of spring water for guest in the room bar that our weird about water like me. I hope hotel 1 opens more locations throughout Europe would have loved to stay in one in Paris too! Hotel 1 never disappoints.

The style and modernistic design of this property is a real change from the normal, stuffy hotel designs that are in the area.
This place uses natural stone, wood and earthy tones to create a relaxing environment.
The welcome desk is made from an old oak tree that fell in a storm, it’s stunning.
The restaurant served good quality food, I’m not sure how it was worthy of 2 Michelin stars but tasted nice. The service was a struggle, lots of inexperienced staff, but the location and effort being made by the team covered the lack of training/experience among them.
This really is a good hotel, better value than others around.

The room provided we as a disability room and I'm fully able so was uncomfortable having to stoop for using bathroom facilities.

The hotel was great. The lobby is beautiful, coffee shop was right there in the lobby. Attached bar was lovely at night. Rooms were very new, nice greenery inside the room. Room was a little small but okay. Amazing location close to Buckingham Palace, good shopping and restaurants.

Amazing property, beautifully done and well executed. Walk to the park, dinner, shops or bars. This property has it all in house too. Great place and we will be back next time we are in town!

Everything was perfect, the hotel is gorgeous and located in an amazing place, very safe, quiet, room service was amazing, the hotel bar was 10/10.
Honestly the room size was small but I’m used to the American luxury hotels room sizes !

The hotel is wonderful, perfect location. The rooms are not spacious, but very cozy.

This was a fine place and I would stay here again.
If I had any suggestion, it would be nice to have a little more space for the gym.
The color palette was so soothing and the staff were top. Friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood of Picadilly is loud and crowded but on the other side of Mayfair is great shopping and a beautiful neighborhood to walk through. The hotel was perfect.
