Great little spot in Nice close to all amenities and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Right outside a church and next to a lovely, popular cafe. Great room and very welcoming team. Our only wish was that it had somewhere to sit, but it is a small hotel in an old building. A little noisy in the morning with the cleaning/store rooms right near our room but overall we loved it and would come back.

Room was and shower was very tight, but excellent staff and service made up for it. Breakfast and coffee was great, lots of options given. Can't beat the location. Off of Jean Medicin shopping strip and very close to the beach!

Not a good experience here. I travel around the world this year and stayed in many different hotels. I usually don’t write a review. But I feel I should write one for this hotel. The front desk staff asked me to pay for breakfast and told me it’s really good. In fact, this is one of the worst breakfast I had. The elevator is extremely small and can’t even fit 2 persons with luggage. There are some other issues that definitely need to be improved. I hope there will do.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The room was as expected, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is cheaper than most in the area but they really go the extra mile with complimentary drinks and macaroons on arrival. All of the perks hotels.com listed I could receive as a gold member do not even exist at this hotel. Late checkout costs money, they checked us in even later than the advertised room, and we had to pay for our room upgrade (so I know an upgrade was available). The "suite" we upgraded into was just a slightly larger hotel room with an awkward spot where there could be a seating area but there was no furniture. Additionally, the shower wand had to be manually held because the latching mechanism did not work. The check in process was extremely chaotic and the hotel was not a good use of 200$.

When we returned five hours later, the room was appreciably freezing and we'd been provided a fan. Outstanding response and service. 10% discount on coffee/drinks next door at HUG was nice. Location was great, smack in the center of everything in Nice and a short walk from the tram stop. Will book again next time we are in town. You are on the main street 20 minutes from the beach. Nice Ville train station is less than a 10 minute walk if you want to go to Monaco or Cannes. Two days stay in busy Nice, very fine, tiny hotel, got one of few rooms with balcony. Very friendly staff. Close to one of the city’s proud churches, ringing the church bell from early hours.

Hands down , the staff is the best. The front desk is open 24/7, and there's no problem if you come a little late for check in from your previous adventure. The clerk took time to explain everything about the hotel and how i can save money on parking and dining. Amenities are a little old, but very well kept. For the price like that in a high season, it is a steal.
