We were greeted with smiles and warmth. The place was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and works so hard. I have been to around ten hotels this year and this place is the best for far.

Excellent stay. Well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. They arranged transferred to and from Da Nang airport seamlessly for my family.

I love returning back to this hotel, we got 3 rooms this time with the family, the rooms are so clean and so well designed plus the Aircons are split types and so cool especially during the summer. Pool is so nice. Best of all are the staff, thanks again to Thuan, Mei, Hieu, Thuang and the bellman who help us Yue. Will be back soon again!

The photos on the website are definitely using a bit of poetic license, it's not as big as it looks. It's fine for the money but the quality isn't super great. Breakfast isn't great (flies all over the food), the rooms are ok for a couple of nights; apart from the wardrobe which has about 5 hangers there is no other storage space, not one drawer which is a bit annoying. the gym consists of 2 pieces of equipment but has no A/C so is pretty much unusable in the warm weather. the pool area is fairly small and the quality of sunbeds / towels isn't great. Staff are friendly, however, the hotel has a BBQ once a week and there is a pretty hard sell on it from the staff..it became a bit annoying after a while so much so we ended up avoiding the staff. One positive is the location, you can walk into the old town in 10 mins, they also have free bikes to use.

Great Hotel on the edge of the bustle of Hoi An. Advantages being that it's quiet and away from the very touristy areas which can get very busy. The walk to the night market, river is about 12-15 minutes. The hotel is otherwise great. Pleasant staff, some who are trained well to sell excursions. We had a couple of misunderstandings which would have been avoided if they provided written information to know what is included and not. Otherwise they were very informative and knowledgable. The rooms are great. We got interconnecting rooms which the kids loved as they felt they were independent. We stayed at a relatively quiet time but can imagine the pool getting very busy when it's peak time. Note that the hotel will charge you for everything - which other places don't. So be mindful of this. Otherwise a nice hotel which we enjoyed staying at.

Context of our review, we are full-time travellers, with 4 children under 6 years that stay in low budget hotels, Airbnb’s, all the way to 5 star. Overall, we were really happy with us stay at Hadana. It started off being contacted by Thuan sending a WhatsApp message even prior to our stay getting us all set up with a pick up car to the hotel. Then greeted at the hotel upon arrival was great, cute character boutique hotel experience explained everything by Thuan whilst the other staff collected our bags - a great check-in experience. The hotel itself seem to be conveniently located being only five minutes drive outside from Ho An ancient town, a convenience store as well as restaurants and barbershops all around and a couple cafes The hotel itself seem to be targeted at a more elderly demographic which made a little bit more challenging for us to use the pool facilities as we are a little worried about making too much noise particularly with having kids under six years old. The pool is in the centre of the whole hotel with all the balconies overlooking so you do feel a little exposed by making too much noise with the kids. The room sizes are great. We had to purchase two rooms inter connecting and the staff were always very efficient with getting our rooms cleaned daily and also an evening turned down service which was really nice to have. The gym admittedly was pathetic, so don’t even bother thinking about that Everything else was just nice, we would definitely reco

The room was very comfortable, the pool was wonderful for lounging, the breakfast was tasty, the spa gave relaxing massages, and being able to borrow bikes was a great way to explore the area and get to the beach. Best of all were our hosts, who always made us feel welcome and gave great advice on things to do and places to go. This is especially true for Thuan, who always remembered our names, was attentive to our needs, and gave great tips!

Loved this hotel - from the welcome to the rooms to the facilities. The swimming pool was excellent as was the breakfast and we enjoyed using the bikes to go to the old town and the beach. Could not fault it

Hadana is a great place to stay and the staff are wonderful and friendly. They always make you feel welcome. We felt like part of the family. Amazing breakfast and dining, all the food we tried was excellent. Staff were helpful and always willing to spend time giving you any information needed on the area, transport, good coffee shop etc Thank you Stella, Sen, Mei, and all the staff we have not mentioned. We would love to come back and visit sometime and will certainly stay at Hadana again!

Beautiful staff, very accommodating with any requests. Organised transfers and have made my whole stay an absolute pleasure. The hotel is clean and modern with the facilities being upto a standard well above what your paying. The buffet breakfast had a huge range of foods ro cater for all people. I will come back and thanks!!

The reception and lobby area is very nice. Considerable effort is made to make you feel appreciated. A welcome drink doesn’t add value for me, but the explanations of the area are great. The room and bathroom were really clean. Sheets and towels weren’t worn out and didn’t notice any staining. Comfortable sleep. I was told they upgraded me to a pool view room with balcony. Robe in closet for use. No slippers but flip flop sandals. Water provided, but they were in reusable bottles and “sealed” with a tiny piece of tape. Good on them for reducing waste. I only used it to boil some water for coffee. Decent buffet for breakfast. In-house spa services were good. I dipped my feet in the pool and noticed the edges around the pool are a damaged. Otherwise nice pool. The hotel is away from the busy tourist area so it’s nice and quiet to enjoy relaxing. That means it’s a bit of a walk to the Old Town and such, but they provide free bicycles to use. Plenty of staff on site to help and answer any questions. Although my luggage was left in the lobby when I returned later at night after check in. I was told someone would take it up to my room but never did. Not a big deal, just some feedback. Would recommend and would stay again
