The set up of the bathroom was so annoying the door was too big and opening it was a problem. This should have sliding door.
The room was not as updated as other Hampton inn’s I have stayed in. And
It’s ridiculous to be charged for parking if we are a guest there I mean where else would we park also there was not enough parking I had to park far and walk far with my handicapped daughter.
The room has gap in door was pretty big and I could hear everyone outside of the room. The cold air was blowing in alot due to gap In door to hallway. I travel once a month here to Palmdale and I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a great location near everything like stores and food places but that’s the only good thing about staying here for me. Also I asked for downstairs near lobby so we didn’t have to walk far. We walked far from our car and to the end of the building to our room.

We were put on the second floor which is under what they called remodeling and were the only guests on the floor.
There were several people putting up wallpaper in the hallway that we had to navigate around just to go in and out of our room. Also, the reservation was made for 3 people, yet they only provided towels for 2. Very disappointing stay especially for the money.

The property was a beautiful and awesome. The room 214 was making a lot of noises from 11pm until 3am.

Terrible night! Stayed in room 316 and the room/door right next to mine was keeping me up all night. These people up all night literally past 6:00am making noise, opening & alarming doors every 30 mins, checking doors locks including mine, running, jingling keys, stomping, talking (male/female voices) I could also smell cigarette smoke. Idk what scheme they were running. I couldn’t sleep out of safety, almost caused me to sleep past check out.

The room was not clean, no room service, had to continue to go to the front desk for clean towels. The pool had 3 banquet chairs that were wet to sit on. Wet towels all over the pool area and not cleaned up. Awful hotel.

Big HUGE rip off to charge $12 a night parking!!!!!

They charged $12 for parking. Window in the room was open and the screen was off. Our window had easy access from outside. We became uneasy thinking someone could be or had been in the room. Closed and locked the window but didn't sleep well. Next day spoke to the manager. She played it off as no big deal. We felt she should have cared about our safety.

Noisy aircondition that turned off and let the heat come up and turned on and blowed freezing air.
The hotel is clearly in need of some renovation work soon.
The area is rather easy for logistics.

Overall the property was good. The only thing was when we got back to the hotel past 10 P.M the lights outside of the building were turned off, and we actually missed it as we could identify the signs and all. When we parked we felt a little bit aware of the surrounding ad it was lacking light.

Upon checking in the hotel attendant was very engaged and didn’t seem super happy. Came off as rude when trying to check into hotel. Didn’t really answer any questions and demanding.

horrible manager asked for deposit that was more then the cost of room total on major creditt card after i prepaid online smiled rudly and refused refund of over 150 for a room i never stayed in

I've always stayed at Hampton during my travels but this was so disappointing. The staff was iffy and the room was too small with my son, two dogs and a kitten. There must be a shortage of towels because they really limit it. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Go try the Residence Inn by Marriot. I left Hampton and went there and it was like night and day. I loved it and wish I would have gone there first.
