My experience was mostly positive, although the motel is very old, basic, and outdated it was relatively clean and quiet, didn’t see any bugs until I got up to use the bathroom at night and they seemed to only be in the bathroom, not entirely shocking considering it’s an old hotel in Florida. I had a very early morning flight out of Sanford and this was a good option as it’s just minutes from the airport. My only interaction with staff was at check in and the guy seemed nice enough. The a/c worked great but I can’t comment on the microwave, fridge, or tv as I didn’t use any of those things.
I’m sure it’s not for everyone but if you just need a place to hang out overnight it serves the purpose, if you’re more of the fancy type you’ll probably want to look elsewhere.

My grandson and I lasted about an hour here. Swore there was something crawling on me. "Residents" did not offer the safest of feelings either.
No way! Put the key in the Key Drop and sent a message I was leaving and wanted my money back.
Called Expedia and told them I could not believe they would promote a place like this on their platform!

Place is out dated. Needs major over hall. Was bugs in the room. Outside door casing needs to be replaced so bugs can't get in.

The room was very run down. Paint pealing, stains on walls. I choose not to take a shower because it didn't look clean. The shower had a wood patch in the tile, 2 different handles, dark. We got there at 1230 and were exhausted, otherwise I would have gone looking for something else.

This hotel needs to be destroyed. It is very old. And they do not even clean the room. Advertised at $76 which is still too much for this dump. They charged me &100.

Before we even arrived I received an email stating I had checked into my room which I had not. Then when I arrived they said they had no room for me and wouldn't refund my money. I kept asking them to explain why I received an email stating I checked in but they acted like I was crazy and just kept saying there was an incident on the room and the cops locked it off

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After looking in shower and seeing condition of soap holder, I did not take a shower. Ran roach off the bed. Old hotel but not kept up. Room did not show owners took pride in the place. Possibly the worst place I have stayed - and I have stayed at some not good places in the last 62 years.

Received confirmation of booking traveled from airport to location only to be told they do not have any rooms available even with confirmation. No other decent motels in area for a one-night stay.

I drove almost 1 1:2 to trying find this horrible place looks like third world little town is ridiculous …..

It’s an older place , and glade I found it , saved me lots during a time when all rates were very high due to “in” season rates .
I’d stay here again .

Not normal to have owner text and ask to pay before arriving. Not normal to ask for cash to be paid upon arrival instead of paying by credit card. Very shady activity by owner/management. Suspect some kind of fraudulent activity.
