Comfortable bed, good breakfast, in industrial part of town

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast and value for money. Area is slightly out of town (need metro/train to go into old town or other main attractions if you are a tourist)

A good place to stay if you want a bed for the night coming or going. It’s in the industry zone not somewhere you walk around but inside it’s fine. A bar a nice restaurant and taxi or car pick up to you next place or airport

My family and I had 3 rooms all on different floors, which is okay. My floor, the first floor, lost power at 10 pm which meant I had no lights, air conditioning, refrigerator, or power to charge my electronics. There was one man working the desk trying to find the circuit panel, so he was unable to answer the phones. The power was not restored until 8 am when I already left the room. I was able to take a shower in the dark and not dry my hair. I hadn't slept because I wasn't sure if someone could just come into my room since the key fob is electronically controlled so I pushed the chair in front of the door.

This hotel is in such a sketchy area of Naples. I was nervous walking around alone even during the day. The check-in staff told me that the dinner service would be available till 10:30PM and when I went down at 9:45PM, the wait staff told me they were closed. The room also felt like a dungeon. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the money

Staff was very helpful. Arrived near midnight. And left 3:00am as our flight was 6am. Staff directed us to a nearby pizzeria that was open. And the pizza was best that I had in Italy. Parking was available and having 24 hour reception was super convenient for us. Room was great. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Ever back in Napoli, we will definitely stay here again.

Air conditioner did not work it was 27 degrees in roo. Water dripped from ceiling, when we asked about it they mopped it but it did not get fixed.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel, DON'T TTTT..
This is not a 4 star hotel even though it is being advertised as such. I would give it a one star if I was being generous.
The room was very basic, cheap furnitures all around. Mouldy bathroom was in desperate need of attention. The staff were looking miserable and tried as if they hated their jobs.
The breakfast was dull and boring. We had to queue to be served by staff who were behind a glass barrier as if serving inmates in a prison setting.
The area around the hotel was horrible, Piles of rubbish everywhere, Run down and industrial area. We were shocked to see prostitutes near the hotel at night.
I would have definitely booked a different hotel.

Felt more like a 2-3* hotel. The breakfast arrangement is just weird: no self-service, instead you walk up to a counter and need to ask for everything you want from the buffet, which is a strange experience. Otherwise the hotel is cheap and good for a short stay, but not great.

Very dated but they were in the middle of renovations so very noisy also. We arrived very late and left right after breakfast. But did its purpose. Continental breakfast was served. Well it was behind a Plexiglas and it was just weird asking for 3 pieces of bacon. We walked to the train station-- maybe not the best part of town - kind of sketchy area
