Nice and quiet place to rest for a night.

The walls in the room were dirty, in spots it looked like a previous guest blew their nose all over the walls. There were only 2 bath towels in the room and when I asked for one more I was told there were no more available. The body wash in the shower was empty. The attendants were more interested in looking at their phones than helping customers. This hotel had a small bar but at 7 pm on Saturday it was too much work for the associate to serve our group. 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel in 2 years and don’t plan on staying again. Both times there was all kinds of late night commotion and the haul ways stunk like pot!! Place looks nice from the outside but not so much in

Our stay was cut short by three days of our choosing. When we entered the room, the door hardware was in rough shape, apparently from someone trying to kick the door in. The door was never repaired properly, and the actual door had play in the swing of at least an inch.
When I went to bed that night, I was tired. I rolled over and felt something rough on the lower sheet, but I was too tired to check it out. In the morning, I looked at it, and the sheet had been soiled and never changed. The spot, approximately 8" in circumference, looked like bodily fluid of some sort. At this point, we decided not to spend another night in the hotel. We had originally booked for four nights but checked out after We had booked through Hotel.com so the front desk could not offer any credit to us. We did get an apology but no one wants to sleep in a dirty bed! I wuish we would have taken pictures but we didn't.

Front desk staff was just ok - we had to call 4 times at 4am for extra towels when we had an incident and couldn’t go to the front desk to get ourselves. We never got them until 6:30am

Customer Service was amazing! However the room (non-smoking) wasn't the greatest. It had a strong body odor/cigarette smell to the room, blankets, pillows, and towels. One of the towel was stained. Bed sheets had minor stains and smelled dirty. It was uncomfortable sleeping not knowing if it was clean or not. Walls were dirty and the bathroom did not appear clean.
I was on a business trip so I didn't have time to let staff know about this. I'm sure they would've addressed it right away if I mentioned it.
The next day I was given new towels which was nice because the towels I had before smelled bad.

Comfortable room. There was no hot water because of a malfunctioning hot water heater when we checked in the first evening which did not get fixed until after 9:00 am the next morning so had to have 2 cold showers. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It was a good experience. Lobby was very nice and relaxing. They have a bar but it’s not open. Rooms were basic. Our room bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. Vending on every floor. There is a fridge and microwave but no coffee pot in the room. Only one elevator which was strange. Overall it worked well for the night we stayed especially since it was a last minute booking.

No hot water either night we stayed. Shower and toilet were kinda gross as well. Would not recommend staying in this hotel and will definitely look elsewhere the next time we are in town.

A bit run down. Not the best feeling neighborhood. Close to a lot of things because it is right in town. Our weekend nightly rate was way too high for that area.

Wonderful friendly people at this hotel. Makes it enjoyable. Wish the room was more silent, ie. slamming doors from other tenants. Breakfast is ok but the non “real”eggs aren’t the best, but I understand and appreciate their willingness to offer the meal.

Our room with two king beds was large, clean and comfortable. The only negative about our stay was that I had to chase down my receipt as it was never sent. That and whomever chose red, white and blue for the hallways has horrible sense of style.

Stains all over the bed sheet. Loud employees in halls. Hairs in the shower. Housekeeping woke me up in the morning by knocking on the door when they shouldn’t have been coming to the room anyway to clean, as they advertise every three days if needed.
