Nice and clean room. Breakfast options were great. This hotel was within walking distance of some trendy areas and the main street it was located on was well kept.

The gal when checking…out….was…..so……terribly…….slow……..and………..inefficient

The hotel only had one person actually working the counter, the other person was doing nothing to help anyone. We were unable to check in at the original check in time because we were told the rooms weren't ready. Then we were charged a ridiculous amount to park.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had lots of options and plenty of seating. The hotel was very well located, walking distance to restaurants and the baseball stadium. There enough people walking around that it also felt safe.

Very nice staff. Easy check in. Parking available in parking garage at hotel. $42 per night to park was a little high in my opinion but worth it considering it’s downtown and a very safe place to stay. Even the lobby bathrooms require keycard access as they are guest only. Being downtown I think that’s a great safety measure so not anybody can just go in. Room was clean, spacious, quiet and had a great view. Would happily stay here again

Very nice and comfortable hotel in downtown Denver. The city is beautiful, even though downtown seems a little abandoned.

Reserved room with king size bed. Upon arrival all available was a queen with pull out couch. Why reserve a king? What is the point of a reaervation??
