For a one night get-away it was a nice place and nice room. Breakfast was lackluster but it was provided. Lots of carb options with very little protein options. Nice location.

We had an amazing stay at Harbour House. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. In short, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Great location you can walk everywhere but a few small things contribute to the lower rating. Our room had a peekaboo view of the lake but the window (on the outside) was covered with bugs/dirt/cobwebs. We moved the plant by the window to open the blinds all the way and the floor was dirty so that’s why cleanliness got a 3. We filled the jet tub in our bathroom and then tried to start the jets - we smelt a motor burning smell so called for help, they were apologetic and offered maintenance within the hour but it was later in the evening and tub was full so we said no thanks, they never contacted us again for maintenance to come while we were out through the next day so it was not repaired. They offer a shuttle service to go in to town for supper, my husband has a bad back so I walked ahead to the restaurant and he was going to go on the shuttle but another couple was in the shuttle and even though there was an empty seat the driver wouldn’t take my husband until after she dropped the other couple off and then would come back for him - time wise it was quicker for him and his back to just walk the 8 minutes into town instead of waiting for her to come back and get him - (the two restaurants were only two blocks apart). They have a wine tasting in the lobby with a three tastes each limit - which is fine - but when she announced she was closing if anyone wanted anything I asked for another white and she angrily and loudly said “this is a wine TASTING”. I was so embarrassed

A delightful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The shuttle service in the evening was conveniet and appreciated. Would love to return.

The Harbour House hotel is fantastic! Firstly the staff couldn’t make you feel more welcome, and help in any way when it comes to restaurant recommendations, tips on where to visit and even directions for your next destination. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed super comfortable! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Niagara on the lake.

Very nice and small hotel. Staff was excellent!! Very good breakfast in the morning, nice wine and cheese at 4:00 pm. Great Dinning and Shopping within walking distance and a complimentary dinner shuttle is provided in the evening, perfect for inclement weather.
The hotel was clean and in good condition. May need an update in the foreseeable future especially with some brighter lighting. I'm a little older and spoiled by bright LED lighting. Can't wait to return for another visit.

Awful experience checking in (had to wait for someone to show up at the reception a very long time). The breakfast was very basic. Nice feature was a covered garage. Also walking distance to the town was a plus.

Love the Harbor House. The staff is amazing. Only area for improvement is the dated and scratched furniture and the bathroom tile is dated. But did not diminish our enjoyment. Breakfast was good, coffee excellent.

We loved the location away from the busyness of the town center. Easy to walk to theatre or town and restaurants. Plus there was a shuttle. Breakfast was flavorful and plentiful. We were however surprised by the canine guests.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The breakfast is AMAZING!! and the staff is so friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We didn’t need to use the shuttle service, but it’s such a convenient option to have. We’ll definitely be back!

Very dissappointed on breakfast starting at 8:00 a.m. We had to leave before 8:00 both mornings so very disappointing. Also, 4:00- 5:00 wine tasting, same wine both days and when you don't like Chardonnay but want white, you were out of luck both days.

Front of house staff could use a refresher on customer service. Housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and had mold, TV was like 15years old and not Smart TV so no streaming options. WIFI is extremely slow. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We ended up only eating breakfast on morning during our 3 day stay and opted for the Stagecoach restaurant instead. (Which was delicious and very welcoming) There are way better boutique options in NOTL area, that we would choose on our next trip. Choose wisely!
