The photos are so different from actually being there in person. The toilet had no water in the tank so I had to use the small plastic vup to fill it up, after that it wirked fine as long as I shook the handle. I didn't feel safe as an older woman traveling alone, but all I needed was a place to lay my head. It was so uncomfortable, I woke up with a crook in my neck. The bathroom was not clean, the floors were not clean. I slept with my clothes on and I didn't get under the covers and the tv didn't work. What a nightmare. I will not be staying there again. The clerk was not nice at all.

I made reservations on Oct 4th for a 2 night stay. Drove almost 3 hours on Oct 6th to reach the hotel, only to be told that my room was rented out and I had nowhere to spend the night. I was finally able to book a room 45 mins away in Charlotte NC. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. How can a reserved room be rented to someone else???

Floors and walls are dirty, need washing , walls need to be painted, some towels are stained, need replacement. Rugs in hallway are filthy, need shampooing or replaced.

Worst place I have ever stayed. There are “residence” (people who live there) all over the parking lot, small lobby, & hallways. I did not feel safe. The people next door were extremely loud at 2am. People were slamming door at 2, 4, & 6am. There is no staff from 9pm til morning. The bathtub was dirty and when you moved, it squeaked beneath you. The check in person was friendly and switched us from a smoking to non-smoking, but that was the only nice thing that happened. The room smelled awful. Sour and sickening. Watch out for this place. We were scared and left early

There were children running and playing in halls and up the stairs all night long. Not to mention yelling in the parking lot. The tub was not properly cleaned and one of the pillows on my bed was stained BADLY

The bathtub was big beds were janky tv was broken, elevator was filthy there was a clump of hair in the hallway I would have given pictures but didn’t want to admit that I stayed in a hotel like this. When I arrived I was told there was an hour wait to check in because they were running reports but other than these things it was an ok stay.

This is the nastiest motel I have seen in my life they were two bugs that fell off the bed let’s not even get start it on how nasty the bathroom was don’t never stay they having junkies to run it

I paid for a room. Woodsprings Suites took my money, then refused to give me my room because I was late arriving. You left me and my wife without a place to stay far from home in the middle of the night. Now they refuse to refund my money. That is wrong no matter what your fine print says! The policy is wrong. Do not stay here.

I made the reservations for my stay on the afternoon of April 24th for 4 nights starting the 24th, i drove 12.5 hours straight, arriving at 2:30 am on the 25th. Called the office number in the hotel upon my arrival. The person that answered said they could not check me in for an hour. I stay in hotels often and have never had this happen before. Upon getting into my room, it had a smell to it. Very poor service.
