Great place to stay for the price. A little worn around the edges but it’s right on the bay with a great view!

The stay was nice and clean. There was a couple fixtures in the room that was missing parts like the sink drain stop and the toilet got plugged up easily but overall function of everything worked. Did wish they had a air conditioner in the room.

I love the room it was spacious and rooming with an ocean front view and a nice little porch to be able to walk out on and sit on. Bed was comfortable everything clean and abundance of towels in the bathroom and everything is very clean and neat and tidy. But above all was the quality of service given by Kim and by Melissa who just absolutely did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. I would also mention mention the day manager who when I showed up for breakfast late and all I really wanted was a cup of coffee anyway held everything out for me to eat if I so desired. The views of the bear spectacular it's close to everything to eat or drink and quite a bit of available parking

We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in so we weren't hanging around until 4pm. The room was clean . Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was the normal waffles and oatmeal. But it was good and served the purpose. We would stay again for sure.

Mattresses were nice and firm. Hotel dated - in need of updating. Room had a balcony, and the view was great. Walking distance from MO’s - my favorite restaurant.

It was my first time here check in was quick and good. Very loud must have been 100 ppl in the room above me dumping something over the balcony so i had to shut my door. The screen door was off the track. Got for 2 days and when i went out to explore somone came in my room didnt clean went on balcony. Then this am at 7 somone knocked on my door and wanted to know when i was checking out at 7 am. Made me a little uncomfortable.

It is a quiet spot with an amazing views. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had no hot water. It was luke warm. Also i was scared to dealth when i went out on room 407 deck and leaned on the balcony. The balcony railing is loose. So looses if i wasnt paying attention and leaned harder id be dead or in a hospital. The continental breakfast wasnt great. The pillows, on both beds, all 7 of 8 were flat and uncomfortable. I hardly slept. Also the balcony sliding door screen doesnt lock. So our grandson had to come up ans visit with the door fully locked. Rather than enjoy the breeze. Very outdated. Took 21 minutes to check in. I was told i wasnt charged a pet fee when checking out. But they did charge me later on after i left. Also i booked a king with hot tub jacuzzi in the room. It said pet friendly in the reservation. I had to switch rooms with my daughter and mom and grandson and give them our jacuzzi room or they said theyd fine me $250 if i let a pet in there. So we didnt.. So we had to take room 407. Total waste of my money. I am so dissapointed. Its my favorite beach. Ill never ever stay there again. Only grateful we took 407 so my grandson wouldnt fall to his death. I think i spent around $225 for 2 rooms and a pet fee. Still should had gotten more value than this. Not sanitary during breakfast. We loved the location it had a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Breakfast could have been a little better it was nothing but carbs . Otherwise we really enjoyed our week there .

It was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff were excellent.

We couldn't even stay the night here the experience was so terrible. First off, its not beachfront at all. It looks at the river so no waves or anything. Staff was unprofessional, didnt even ask for ID or anything to confirm who we were. The bed was super stiff, the TV didnt work, and the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants stomping around. Walls were very thin and it didnt look the cleanest.

Property is overdue for total upgrade and repairs. Great views and close to beach and river. Kim was wonderful getting us checked in as several guests were having troubles with their reservations.

Front desk staff was ok, not very friendly or welcoming. My room smelled horrendous, like rotting fish. My dog found nasty clam shells behind the bed! They moved me to an "upgraded" room which was fine. Super outdated rooms, holes in the curtains and the furniture in the Captains Quarters were very dirty and stained, i would not sit on them. The carpet felt sticky and damp and my "ocean view" was of the Bay, there are no true ocean view rooms, its much too far away.

The room was spacious, clean enough, great view, quiet. The furniture was questionable and gave us an overall icky feeling. Extremely stained, visibly dirty, and smelled. We used sheets to conver them.

I booked an Ocean view with Balcony They gave me Room 112 No Balcony abd no Ocean View??? No explaination!

I stayed in a king ocean-view suite (pet friendly) since I was traveling with my 2 fur babies. The room itself was large but the furniture (couch & chair) were fairly disgusting and appeared they hadn't been deep-cleaned in several years, along with being fairly worn out. I opted to sit on the bed or outside on the balcony. The ceiling fan was only operated by remote control and unfortunately had to remain on my whole stay because the batteries were dead. I'm not a "fancy" individual but if I had to do it again, I don't think I'd book a room here.
