This was halfway between our daughter's house in New Mexico and ours in Texas. We got a good price, the beds were comfortable anf the room was spacious. It was great to have a little sink area with a microwave and mini fridge. The only negatives were that we couldn't turn off the ceiling fan and the bathroom fan didn't work. There were lots of good places to eat within a mile. We would stay here again.

If you’re looking for new and fancy, this is not it. If you’re looking for a clean and very reasonably priced to stay, this is a good choice. Small, older building. Great location, quiet and comfortable. I’ll stay here again when passing through Lubbock.

For the price $51 a night I don’t expect much . But I read lots of reviews & was pleasantly surprised by all the positive reviews , especially the cleanliness. It was very close to the hospital , 3 blocks , & that was the reason I was there . Overall , great value & clean !!

Room was clean and I felt safe traveling as a single female. Good deal for the price. Guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Hotel had many vintage aspects.

I came for a concert and just needed a clean place to sleep. This was well worth it. It was clean and quiet. It’s an older place so nothing fancy but I’d stay there again.

We came to Lubbock due to a family emergency. We needed to be near to the hospital. It's two minute drive to Covenant Hospital. The check-in was seamless. The staff has been incredibly friendly. The hotel is an older building but its quaint. Extremely clean. Bathroom is large. Has microwave, fridge, bar sink, furnishings are standard. The beds are rather small. Not comfortable for 2 people to sleep in one. Not bad for the price of the stay. I like the affordability to stay close to the hospital.

I would stay again, if needed. Very kind people at the front desk, room is clean, and for the most part it stays quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast too! The hotel is a little outdated, but you can tell they do their best to upkeep the property.

The value was reasonable, especially the proximity to my main purpose for being in the city. Staff was efficient. But it's an older property, everything just a little run down; musty aroma in the stairwell; slow draining shower; etc. As a non-fussy single traveler, I'd stay here again, but would only recommend it to others who need to be in that specific neighborhood.
