The stay was nice and the area was very good. It was about 5-10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic and they offer a shuttle bus as well with frequent times. The front desk staff I worked with on PM’s was so friendly and accommodating and I really wish I remembered her name, but I want to shout her out. I just remember she had really cute nails and I want the color lol.
I loved that Caribou Coffee was a hop and skip away from the hotel. The only thing I did not love was that the area was not salted properly after the snow that fell the night before. The area was very icy and slippery and for people who are here for medical reasons, this can be a big safety issue. Also the main entrance where the doors are at has a large curb and the only ramp is off to the side where the handicap parking is at. This makes it difficult to navigate the luggage and moving it inside. The main entrance curb should also have a ramp so anyone can access this area instead of having to walk around to the side. The room itself was clean and quiet and spacious. I appreciated the office chair and the reclining chair. I loved the full fridge so i can store my medications etc. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to control the temperature. The TV options were nice and the office space was spacious. I appreciate the staff and the facility for being clean and quiet and helpful!

Excellent choice when staying in Rochester! Hotel is extremely clean, service was excellent, room was very large and had all the necessary amentities. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Rochester!

Only complaint was no where did it state this location was an "extended stay" and no room service requests would be honored by employees, as the desk clerk stated they were "hands off".

Everything was fine except receiving 3:00am wake up call when I asked for 3:30am wake up. Not good.

Looks modern from the outside but dated inside. Room was large, and had a kitchen we didnt need, but no eating utensils for our leftovers from dinner. No cleaning service daily.

The bed was so comfortable! Everything was super clean. Loved having kitchen with the dishwasher for our stay. Staff was helpful with questions about the area. I will be staying here again.

Everything was fine except the room next door had a tv on as loud as possible and never got turned down. Was not able to sleep.

The beds and pillows were so comfy and didn’t deflate like normal hotels. The rooms were roomy and fit our family perfectly.
