Entire process was smooth/efficient/and enjoyable. The Front of House staff in particular were efficient, friendly and most pleasant to deal with. Altogether we are very satisfied and will use that hotel again.

The one thing I didn’t like they charge for the parking per day, which means extra cost. People don’t like that.

You could hear everything in the hall and street noise through windows also when room next door had shower. But im from the country so not used to the city noise.

Friendly staff, great service. Room was spacious and had enough amenities. However, some items were in poor condition or poorly maintained, like the shower stains and slightly damaged bed base.

Nice stay but carpet was all chewed up where it joins the tiles. I tripped up but luckily didn’t hurt myself.

I was told at check out that I would get my deposit back minus parking charges. I was charged the full deposit and when I called the hotel for it to be corrected, was put on hold for more than 10 minutes before I decided to hang up.
Not returning to this hotel and will be looking at options to have my deposit correctly refunded.
