I'd like to share some feedback on Mason's Pattaya.
We stayed in the Beachside Seaview Pool Villa for 2 nights. Overall, we found the accommodation acceptable, though it fell short of our expectations given the cost.
While the hotel's pricing suggests a five-star experience, the facilities felt more like three to four stars. Nonetheless, the surrounding scenery was stunning and ideal for photography.
However, the breakfast was somewhat basic. In summary, our stay felt more like a cozy guesthouse with great views than a luxury five-star hotel.
Joe at the front desk provided exceptional service, being attentive and helpful.
I hope this feedback proves useful for others considering a stay here.

The resort is located not the best area. Shops and restaurants are out of walking distance. They have limited dining options. Other than that resort itself was great and staffs were very helpful.

Hold on, how about thank you, how about give me the print-out to check…
Laundry was not great. I asked all to be folded, but all came on hangers…!
But bottom line, the place is really nice and most staff are doing their best.

The hotel is beautiful. Very unique and stylish. The location is also very peaceful. If you’re seeking for a place you could unwind then this is it. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Give low rating on cleanliness because they only clean a part of the beach near the bar. The rest is full of plastic. There shd be warnings abt swimming in the sea. I suspect sea flees were attacking us
