I did not appreciate that my room number was announced to a full lobby upon my checking in. A significant breach of privacy!
Was disturbed by knocking at the door 2 hours before checkout.

They doubled booked my room. They charged my credit card for 2 rooms for two nights. I told them I only wanted 1 room for 2 nights for my Aunts funeral. The front desk told me they took care of the extra room. I just received my credit bill & sure enough there was a charge for $324.56 & another charge for $288.48 the amount I agreed to pay. The nice 3 seat bar in the hotel was closed because they didn’t have a liquor license now. The sausage links were cold. The milk was curdled in the morning for breakfast. I just stayed at the property a couple of months ago for my Uncles funeral. Really disappointed this location went down hill so fast! Unfortunately I won’t stay at this location ever again! Very disappointed to say the least!

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property. Very safe. Very nice clean and quiet room. The staff was very friendly. Iowa welcome center with wonderful Amish items across the street.

We arrived late at night for check in and were greeted very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of options both hot and cold. The only complaint I would have would be no elevator.

Nice country view out the window. Very nice staff, decent breakfast, comfy room and beds. FYI for travelers not in the area- plan to get here not later than 7pm, as restaurants in town close around 8pm.

The hotel room was so gross. Old food in fridge. Spider webs. Killed spider in room. Stains on pillow case and sheets. No batteries in tv remote. Had to keep going down for new keys bc they would work to get up the stairs but not to get into our hotel room. When we went down to get keys, no one would be at desk do had to sit and wait several minutes.

She knew where we could get help and offered us to stay at the hotel with the kids while the car got fixed. She definitely went beyond the call of duty. The rooms were comfortable, beds were comfortable and it was really clean.

It is just so handy, off of 35W. Very quiet place. A nice Amish store and cheap gas nearby too. We eat at a good Mexican restaurant in Osceola - La Corona.

This is a great place to stop off for the night on a long road trip. Staff is excellent, rooms very clean and comfortable. Shower hot and room comes with coffee / tea maker and mini fridge plus other items you’d usually don’t get at a small hotel. They have a small bar and lounge area. They are near a gas station however far enough away so there is noise. Bed is super comfortable for a good night sleep. Rooms are a good size. Only issue is they have no elevator however it is only a two story building. I’d definitely stay here again.
