I travel a lot and can be pretty critical of hotels. I can honestly say this hotel is excellent. Heated indoor pool and hot tub.
Great hot breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Walk to World Arena. Many places to eat within walking distance as well.

DID NOT GET TO GO BECAUSE OF WEATHER. 20 PLUS INCHS. ROAD WAS CLOSED DO TO RECKS. I WAS TOLD I PURCHASED NON-REFUNDABLE ROOMS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE REFUNDABLE.

Check in was fast and efficient. Hotel was neat and clean and offered the standard, but plentiful Continental Breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was unlike other hotels, it did not provide any plugs near the bed to charge devices. It also did not have any USB plugs in the room. Charging devices is now a way a life and I would rather stay at a hotel that has accepted this and has updated their room to accommodate. Besides that, I would highly recommend the hotel.

My son and I were back in the Springs for a celebration of life so didn’t spend much time there. Breakfast was awesome and the attendant was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is dated and dirty. Our room had dust everywhere, and stray hairs on the bedding.
Not to mention it lists as pet friendly, however we were charged an additional $75 for our non-shedding dog who has CGC certification to stay there from 11pm - 8am. To me, $75 for one night (especially for a well behaved and low impact) for one dog is absolutely ridiculous. That’s half the price of a room.
The staff was nice enough but this hotel needs a remodel or at a minimum a deep cleaning as our room was no where near acceptable, especially for the price we paid - per charges aside.
I think the 9.0 rating I saw when I booked is skewed or outdated. Would not recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay here. Employees were fantastic. We checked in with a gentleman (i can't remember his name now but out had a capital L in the middle of it?) that was so friendly he made my evening (after a long 9 hour drive). Hotel was clean. Everyone was friendly. Great location. We would happily stay here again.

Where to even begin.. hotel is at no fault.. they did compensate us for our troubles! But. I wish someone would of mentioned that it’s very highly your vehicle will get broken into there. We were 1 of 4 vehicles. Especially if you’re from Texas! Such a horrible feeling i dont wish on anyone.. just be ware.

Our 2 night stay was excellent! The property was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Easy walk to several dining options.

The Hampton Inn property was an excellent choice that we made and we will stay there again at some point. We booked this hotel as it was super close to the Broadmoor Arena where we had tickets to a concert. It was awesome just to be able to walk to the venue!!!
