Beds were great..very comfortable. At time of check in, front desk was not friendly and had a hard time understanding her. She also was not at the front desk on arrival but sitting out in foyer on her phone. It took her a minute to see I was waiting.

Great. No maid service the 4 days we stayed. They said we would get maid service every other day. Other than no maid service, it was a good stay!

Arrived and no one was at front desk. Had to wait 10 minutes. Also, shower was inadequate. Ran out of caffeinated coffee. Had to chase down server. Eggs we’re awful

I could smell the food in my room from breakfast cooking the smell wasn’t pleasant the bed was ok not the most comfortable . Construction is happening behind the hotel making it hard to rest

I love staying at this hotel when I come for a getaway or business. I had some issues with the room, it wasn’t anything that would make me no longer book- because I will be back!!! 😁 Just some minor issues- The mirror in the room wasn’t cleaned properly- some spots, some towels could not be used(some issues with hair on the towel). Tub needs to be redone-started to peel and the tiles as well.

Excellent customer service during my stay. The property is well cared for and very clean. I would stay at the property again should the need arise.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, but lots of people were seated uncomfortably and tensely in the lobby. A woman walked up and said the computers were down and she didn't know when we will be back up but I could sit down with everyone else. I have two small children so we stayed in the car and then took them to grab food returning an hour later. I walked in and no one as the front desk, the lady was sitting in the lobby playing a game on her ipad. I could see her, she could see me. There was an uncomfortable moment and then she got up and checked me in. There was water all over the floor, which another person staying there told us not to fall. It just wasn't good at all. So disappointed.

Breakfast was not very tasty and the eggs tasted like chaulk, but the hotel itself was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again w/ out breakfast

Hotel was nice. Bathroom dirty . Crumbs on chair and couch. Very quiet, spacious. Scrambled eggs were terrible...maybe use real eggs. Other than that great

Everything was great. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars but the breakfast featured “range free” eggs were actually eggs out of a carton or powdered made eggs. My wife said they tasted like plastic. We just did not like the artificial taste of the eggs. 4 stars. Please serve real eggs!

Clean, breakfast is decent. Walls are thin and we had two nights of difficulty with loud neighbors. One was just a loud TV until 3 am. Another was rowdy football team.
