The hotel room had a beautiful view. The pool and slide was nice for the kids. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a good place to stay. It is a little farther from the Kenting night market, but there is a nightly shuttle bus.

The staffs are very helpful and good mannered. If the free shuttles to and from the Kenting main street can also include mornings, it will be very helpful to the guests without cars.

Kid's pool with the slides on the pircures was closed because it was off season. The regular pool was open but you need to where a cap (as usual in Taiwan). However there where no matresses for the reclining chairs by the pool. Very uncomfortable. Room was OK but nothing special. Location is a bit off so it's difficult to walk anywhere (need car or rely on the free shuttle bus). Breakfast was OK, but not extraordinary. They have a bowling alley which was quite fun for our group but overall I would say this hotel is average, nothing special. The staff was friendly though.

It's located 5 mins by car from the nearest bus stop, inconvenient for a public transportation user. The room smells antiseptic solution, has only shampoo and body soap. Not a few people use pool, I guess this hotel should equip amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion, for a woman. Foods provided in the buffet-style restaurant was not as fine as expected, and afternoon tea was bad. Cakes were dried. Staffs' hospitality is great, hope other components would be as good as that.

Overall it's a nice experience of staying in Fullon Kenting. The kids had great time in the swimming pool, especially fun from the slide. Just wish the bathroom in the room can be more clean and brighter.

The hotel staff are very helpful. I have consulted with them how to go to the hotel with email. They advised me to pick up their shuttle bus from Kaohsiung high speed train station with regular fee. The arrangement was very well. They also have a free shuttle bus service to and from Kenting main street after 1800 up to 2230. It lets us save time and money.

hotel looks a little bit run down compared to Caesar palace where we wanted to stay. however room was very spacious and clean. the staff were incredibly helpful and always found an English speaker to help us out. hired shooters from hotel again staff very helpful and patient with us. my only negative was the buffet breakfast was a bit limited. def recommend this hotel because of the staff.
