Excellent hotel and a reasonable rate. The service was very good and all the staff were very helpful and polite. We didn't use the pool as much as planned due to other activities in the local area, but it was a nice place to relax and cool down during the day. The food in the bistro was good, but we only ate there once as we explored other (cheaper) options in Siem Ream. There is a lot to do in the local area and I wish we had more time to fully take advantage of it. We particularly enjoyed hiring a scooter and going to Phnom Kulen National Park for a day. The atmosphere in Siem Reap was very energetic with a lot of Khmer New Year celebrations, including mass water fights! Overall, we enjoyed the buzz, but it may have been a more relaxing break if we had avoided the city at its busiest time of the year. All in all, a great place to visit and a fantastic hotel to stay at.

Comfortable, quiet rooms (we stayed at the hotel twice between other trips around Cambodia). Good sized pool that we made the most of after sightseeing, with plenty of deck chairs around it and hammocks in the garden area. Good buffet breakfast with tables outside by the garden and pool. Overall an enjoyable stay both times.

I loved everything about this hotel, it was an amazing stay for my trip. The location is very convenient for walking or taking a tuk tuk into town. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to wake up before the morning tours I had taken and not only were the staff extremely friendly to talk to, but the entire hotel had such a gorgeous atmosphere about it. Really glad I chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here again

We enjoy walking around and walked back to the hotel a few times, otherwise short TukTuk drive to where you need to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is a simple 3-4 Star level business hotel with dated rooms, a dirty outdoor pool and no visible amenities otherwise. Breakfast is average. Rooms are well cleaned and spacius. Location is on a big road 1-2 km out of centre.

Good to see some travellers back in Siem Reap. Was happy to stay at Lotus Blanc again. Only part of the hotel reopened, but they've done a great job of maintaining the beautiful outdoor and open air areas. Rooms were comfy. Mattress and pillows and shower pressure 10/10! 👍 Breakfast options limited but makes sense with low numbers. Quality of food was good and service was good.

This hotel is on one of the main streets in Siem Reap so it made it easy to get around. Wifi was great, hot water for showers, quiet location, hotel staff spoke English and I ate at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious. I stayed for 3 nights and would stay at this hotel again. Also the hotel has 2 dedicated Tuk Tuk machines owned by the hotel outside waiting for you anytime you want to go somewhere. So this was very convenient!

The pool area is perfect. The staff are genuinely nice people. The rooms are spacious. The internet speed is very good. The breakfast was a bit limited and the hotel bars were closed. This was due to the hotel cutting back because of Covid. I have no complaints about this as the price was very good for such a lovely hotel.

The public areas of the property are beautiful and the pool is nice. The staff are very friendly, the room was a little dated.

The property itself was beautiful- especially the pool. The staff were extremely accommodating- always asking us if we needed anything. This was he perfect place to come back to after a long day of seeing temples!
