We stayed a night between flights.
We decided to walk to the hotel after the 8hr flight. 10mins by Google Maps. With two kids in tow, 3 large suitcases and questionable footpaths, it was a workout.
Checked in at 9pm all good. Friendly, helpful staff. Room just like the photo (king bed, with overhead bunks). Clean enough and we’d stay here again for a stopover.
7/11 a short stroll up the road for a snack.

Booked for an over night stay before an early morning flight. Did the job. Super cheap and convenient. Room a bit run down and shabby but for the price I may not complaining. Got a good sleep before a 4am wake up call. Would use again.

After trying to contact the hotel via expedia app and via email directly with no luck and continuous email bounce backs, I called to ask about the airport transfers. My first call I was hung up on after about 10mins of getting nowhere second call I was handed to someone else who advised me just to call on arrival and they would send car for 200bhat. So I did this when I arrived and was told " no sorry we dont do that" and airport taxis were asking 1000. I walked over to the hotel instead. Would appreciate some consistancy.

It's a great place to stay when you want to be close to the airport. It definitely fulfills all the requirements and has a great staff, I had a great time there . Good staff and close to basic amenities

Acceptable for 1 or 2 nights if you need to stay near the airport.
Wouldnt recommend for longer stays.
It's easy and safe to walk to and from the hotel, so no need for a taxi, which is great.
We stayed there the last night of our holiday to be close to the airport.

I like it that the bed is comfortable and got a nice balcony. The only thing that I have a lil issue is there’s no curtain in between shower and toilet so it’s get a little floody in the bathroom when I get shower. All in all, it’s not a bad a hotel at all.

It’s a nice little place at a walking distance from the Phuket Airport. The staff are very pleasant and speak good English!
Room was clean and good condition, with working AirCon as needed. Pool in the centre of the property allows for nice cooling in the afternoon/night. Stayed there one night as I was taking onward fight in the morning. Would stay there again.

Caveat: The taxis are not easily available in this area. However, the staff are available to drive to the airport (only 5 minutes) at a reasonable price. They also drove me to a local market where I had dinner by the seaside. That restaurant, Phen's Restaurant has an amazing selection of foods and very nice ambiance.

The family room was fantastic, a bed for adults and 2 bunk beds above it with a good living space. Clean and functional. Exactly what was needed for the night before going to the airport.

It was advertised as a 24hr airport transfers. This was not the case and trying to contact the hotel to organise it was impossible, I tried for 2 days. Very frustrating when you arrive at 10pm and have to try an source transport.

Wonderful Staff but dirty rooms no toilet paper, water pipes bust water all on the floor, linen too small for bed…JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

Really good value airport property its literally 10 mins walk out of the airport domestic arrivals hall.The property is clean,modern has a nice pool,the staff are lovely and helpful.
It's perfect for a 24 hour stop over!
Not too many food places near however there is a massive 7/11 2 mins from property with absolutely everything you need! I have stayed twice and would definitely stay again! Thank you for another great stay !

The location is a short walk from the airport but they say the offer airport pickup and I couldn’t contact them. The messages I left were not answered and the phone number did not work even after I purchased a local SIM card at the airport. Plan on walking.

Room was nice with a fridge with free water and other things for sale. Pool was not clean.No breakfast as advertised. No shuttle to pick you up only to take you to the airport. Nice reception.Very close to the airport.

Nice pool. Breakfast available for surcharge but a few other choices available within 5 minute walk from hotel (David restaurant was very nice). Night receptionist was surly but daytime staff was better. 10-minute walk from airport (worth doing because taxi is a ripoff at 300 baht).

I would not choose to stay here again. Reception could hardly speak English and couldn’t recommend a place to eat, of which there was a fabulous cafe called Airport cafe 100m away. We had to find this out ourselves. Airconditioner hardly worked and hot water was lukewarm!!
Only good thing was close proximity to airport. Good if you are flying out early the next morning.
