The location is wonderful for going to town and joining the tour which is mostly last pick up and first drop at hotel.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and professional.
The room is big and clean and modern design with white color which makes feel neat and tidy.
The breakfast also very good however if they add more Thai cuisine will be even better.
I’ll stay again when I come to Phuket in the future.

The pillow is rather hard and not comfortable as it is quite high for me.
The sound from the air-condition is quite loud and there is no desk in the room.
There are a great variety of food spread for the breakfast buffet

The hotel’s location is great as it was walkable to the vibrant Old Town and the massage spa was just like 10 minutes away.
Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend it.

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

Pool closes far too early. It should not close at all, but 8:00 pm is ridiculously early. Pool spa was cold water. No hot option.
Shower water goes from hot to cold on own.

Absolutely fabulous five star hotel with everything you could ask for. Thoroughly enjoyed the fourth floor pool, which I had mostly to myself. The bed was luxurious and the room very clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with both western and Asian choices. The Talung Lounge just off the lobby was a great place to enjoy a coffee or beer. All of the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this property, which was a tremendous pleasure and value.

The policy of charging 150bht on top of the 349bht for buying breakfast on the day is scandalous.
Also, holding 1,000bht per night (7,000bht per week) on a credit card for upto 2 weeks after check-out is proposterous - especially if on a tight credit limit!

Nice hotel, but other options are better value for money. Very late check-in despite plenty of free rooms and promise of early check-out. Very loud music in all common areas, could preferably be toned down. Good breakfast buffe, but could cut down on meat.
