This hotel was subpar at most. The breakfast has a large selection but the quality is inferior. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. I think they are trying to make up for what the hotel and area lacks. It is not the best area, in that it has two strip clubs sandwiching the hotel. Not great for families. There are people lingering around day and night outside the hotel. It’s fairly close to most things so that is convenient, but otherwise, I would not choose this as a family option.

Great value, great service, conveniently located near the Acropolis. Breakfast option was one of the best, buffet had a great variety of food and overall delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived very late at night due to flight delay. Our room was big with a partial view of the acropolis which was nice. Staff were polite and took our bags to our room. We paid extra for breakfast which was OK. Room fridge had a couple of soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water. Water was very expensive at €2 per 0.5L bottle, so we did not have any! Nice large shower but floor outside of the shower was badly stained from water damage. There was no soap for washing. Rather disappointing stay as we thought the description of the hotel sounded much more luxurious!

Stayed here prior to embarking on a cruise. Staff were wonderful. They supported us in navigating a variety of needs- transportation, tours, dinner.

Great hotel, but it’s right on a major highway with night clubs and shady joints next door. Great staff, great service, rooms were clean and comfortable, just the area was a bit concerning. We did not have any incidents and nor we felt unsafe at any point. But was the only downside of this otherwise great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was well apointed, front desk staff friendly and attentive. The restaurant was great, staff very friendly and attentive.

Convenient hotel, but ads were confusing regarding transportation from airports.

Location is not far from Plaka and Monatsiraki place, and just 25 minutes from the acropolis entrance. We selected the hotel for the parking facility that they have. and overall, location on the main road is an advantage especially if you are motorized. The hotel amenities and quality are acceptable, good value for money. but the room was with no view at all.

Pros: big hotel room Cons: Room issues : we notified the hotel of each of the following to which they did not action - air conditioning was barely working, it was set to 23 and room sat at 28 degrees. There was a sliding window that did not lock and the hotel said they would send maintenance but it was never fixed. Location issues: although it seemed industrial there were out door clubs blaring music till 6 am one of the nights we stayed. There is no sound proofing to the windows so it felt like we were just outside. Additionally - not bad for my partner and I but it was a solid 30-40 min walk to the north plaka area / 25-30 to enter the south plaka area. You also have to cross several busy streets without a cross walk as an fyi. Would not stay here again - unfortunately two not so great nights.
