Great Stay. Super friendly staff. Couldn’t do enough. Weather spoiled stay as mega floods. Subway closed.
But Tram Stop very close so can get around easily.
Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality- typical continental selections. You won’t get English with Bacon etc.
Hotel is pretty central for most important sites.

I loved my stay here! DO IT YOU WONT REGRET IT! breakfast is fantastic, customer service is perfect. Location is perfect walking distance to the museum district. Love the sauna!

Everyone was wonderful at this hotel! They made me feel like I was very welcome. They asked me each day how my day was. They also helped me add a night to my stay since my flight was canceled.

We spent too much time for free parking. Finally we parked in parking that cost us 20€ near the hotel.

Equally important to the two of us, it was an easy walk to the Museums, Parliament, gardens, opera, metro (D and U3), buses, trams. it was very quiet at all hours.The breakfast bar rivaled our cruise ship breakfast bar. the room had two comfortable chairs, twin beds pushed together each with duvet, windows onto an inner court yard and a long writing desk with refrigerator underneath.

Clean room with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking courtyard. Room was on the small side, but we were only there to sleep, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Property was near restaurants, shopping and public transportation.
