Excellent service. All staff members are friendly, competent, and efficient. All issues are resolved efficiently and right on the mark. Buffets for breakfast and dinner are excellent. Zen Garden offers great no-menu lunch too. Spa is great. I also enjoyed the morning walk to the waterfall,

It is such a great hotel, so I chose it again this year. This was my 3rd time living here. The staff was excellent, professional, and friendly. The mountain view is fantastic. They provide a shuttle bus from Taipei main station to their hotel, and it is very convenient for people who travel. However, the facilities are kind of old. The buffet was okay, not really beyond what I expected. I hope they will remodel soon and I will be back definitely.

The service was good. The hotel is clean and warm. The room is comfortable. It’s an old hotel but they’ve done a great job at maintaining the quality of everything.

Amazing high end luxury resort for a relaxing vacation. The room was nice with great view. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There are lots facilities and activities to join inside the resort. Also the quality of the hot siring was amazing. Worth the money spent.
