The hotel itself is very quaint. It’s in a really nice area of Setúbal. it is really very nice. The staff were outstanding, the breakfast was great. I highly recommend them. it’s a great place to stay. And the staff made me feel very welcome.

With friendly members of staff, excellent breakfast and prompt service, the extra bed was not very comfortable.

We checked in late, stuff has been very kind The quadruple has 2 separate bedrooms. Room was very clean and all that we needed was there. Good breakfast as well and stuff has been very patient

Loved our stay at Laitau, clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely, one receptionist helped us order a pizza as we were having difficulty due to the language barrier. Would like to note however that, unlike all the other staff, the girl in reception was quite rude and it was a shame as otherwise everything else was perfect. Thank you.

Nice hotel near a big avenue with lots of restaurants. Nice staff and comfortable room. Just not with the floors really that clean.

I could stay there again,no problem I only stayed there one night so it's kind of hard to say much about my experience. I just think that for the price, it is a good value, it's quiet and access to the room is easy. The wifi was a bit slow. I liked that the room had a separate area with 2 beds with a door dividing it. Apparently the reservation was nly for 2 people. (I messed it up) The receptionist upgraded my room for 3 people and no extra charge. It was really nice. I sure recommend this nice and friendly hotel.

The place is a little older and the free breakfast was just ok, but the service was excellent and the help at the counter was as good and helpful as could be. The place is easy to find (I put in different street numbers in the GPS until I found a point that looked like the one on the hotels.com map). The location is great for people who want to see Lisbon, but want to get away from the city at night.
