I did not stay in the room there so many problems I did not stay I requested refund because the room was not to my satisfaction so I left a couple hours after check in I was not satisfied with stay

The stay was good except for a couple fighting and they were very loud. It was bothersome.
The lady who was available to assist with breakfast wasn't very pleasant. There was no cream cheese for the bagels.

Keys kept getting desactivated. Receptionist that was there on Saturday was terrible. She may needs to learn about customer service.

I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. It's still in decent condition but it needs a little TLC. More concerning than that is their staff. They either need to train their employees on customer service or replace them.

We paid extra for breakfast. No breakfast or coffee was provided. The breakfast person was a no show was the excuse. The front desk person told me to make coffee in my room except part of the coffee pot was missing. No partial refund was offered by management. Very unprofessional staff and poor experience.

Front desk clerk was nice and ready for us. Our room had a cleaning rag left on the floor, the air in one of our rooms wasn't working very well and the ceiling fan was broken. For the cost of over $300, the rooms should be in better condition. Breakfast was okay. Well stocked. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage at least one of the days but that is preference only.

The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately our room had one bed with a broken frame. We reported it and nobody came to fix it. The room was not cleaned very well and had garbage on the floor when we arrived. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool had stuff floating in it.

No sleep! The room next yo us paeties until almost 2AM. We called the front desk 3 times and asked for the issue to be taken care of. But it was not. In the morning, I asked for a refund and was told because I booked through Hotels.com, I couldn't be refunded and that is why I should have called the hotel directly.

Room was very spacious. Shower door didn’t slide close as it was suppose to. Breakfast was great. Pool water appeared cloudy and jets in hot tub did not work.

The bed was slightly saggy, and I awoke with a stiff neck and back every day. The bathroom sink didn't drain well, so the sink filled when using it. The key maker was broken for our entire 3-night stay, so someone had to let us in each time. Some of the staff was very nice about it, others less so. The pool was closed for maintenance. But the room was clean! And we loved having a kitchen.

I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and didn't realize it until later that day. I had a good amount of cash in my wallet. When I finally realized I had forgotten my wallet and called the hotel, the manager informed me that their staff had found the wallet after our checkout and submitted it to the manager. This extraordinary act of honesty and kindness by the hotel staff is something I truly appreciate and can't thank them enough for.

It was a nice 1 day stay. Staff was great and room was nice and cozy. Pool was clean, but hot tub wasnt warm like should be, but other than that it was fabulous

But the corporate operations need to do something to smooth the acceptance of payments from third parties like Expedia and Hotels.com. Our payment was noted on the hotel system as “declined,” and if I hadn’t pushed on the problem I would have likely been double-charged, through no fault of the desk clerk who was simply trusting what the system told him. Luckily his supervisor stepped in and had experience with how to resolve the issue, and after about 10 minutes of wrestling with the program she got us a solution that should keep the double billing from happening (confirmation later, when we can see it reflected on our credit card statement). Again—no complaints about the hotel staff, but I use Hotels.com to make things easier, and the whole experience was not easy for anyone.

We have a great time every time we stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk are awesome. Had a couple things happen in the room, but they were really quick to fix the problem.
