Front desk lady knew I was checking in with two small children. She asked me to pay the $100 deposit before going to the room.
Finally went to the room and opened the door- HUNDREDS of roaches scattered everywhere. I can not believe they even are open. This cannot be legal.

Staff knocking on my door when I work thirds with a notebook and a pencil saying that i owe(shortly after apologized because it was a mistake' literally going door to door collecting 'rent'. Also water pressure sucks.

Staff knocking on my door when I work thirds with a notebook and a pencil saying that i owe(shortly after apologized because it was a mistake' literally going door to door collecting 'rent'. Also water pressure sucks.

Got there around 10pm after driving all day to have to wait an hour just for someone to help me get checked in. I’ve never had this problem. Get what you pay for I guess

The stay was horrible pit smoke all o er the halls seeping into rooms the elevator was down and they stuck us on the 4th floor we left early because of it

The tv didn’t work called the front desk. Lady came up worked on it for 10 minutes said I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I don’t have any rooms to switch you too. Sorry. There’s a hole in the door. Elevator didn’t work. We ended up leaving!! It was a horrible experience!

It's a little inconvenient if you check in late. The phone that is supposed to be used to call the front desk attendant is well... different. I called the 800 number so they could get a hold of the lady. She was clearly asleep which is fine at 11PM, but the whole 20 minutes waiting for her to come downstairs was a little much but I understand

The room was very dated. It looked like someone had tried to pry open the door to the room at some point.Once I was inside there was a gap between the door and the door frame. I could see the hallway from inside my room with the door closed. I had to keep the bathroom fan on all night, when it was off it kept making a loud clunking noise. The heater/ac was very noisy and also made a clunking noise when it turned off and on. I could hear conversations from other rooms, there’s not a lot of insulation between rooms. There was trash in the wastebasket from the previous guests.

Staff was very helpful and rooms was very clean would definitely recommend the deposit was a little high but it was worth it to have a nice place to stay and they have kitchens in the rooms so that’s always a plus
