This is such a quaint and delightful hotel. The fireplace was magical, and I love the stones and cute curtains. There are little touches of cabin vibes all over the place, and a patio piney area for kids to run around safely. We saw a docile buck outside our window at breakfast as well, which is apparently common! How neat!
The lady who takes care of the breakfast hall has a lot of pride in her work and made our stay have that extra touch of charm. We loved it.
One comment for the management. The cleaning teams may want to be notified that our bathtub needs a rust/lime treatment. We wanted to give our kids a bath, but the drain looked like it needed a touch up. I hope that is helpful feedback.

Took a trip to Payson for the weekend just to experience the area. Had a good time. Was amazed to see an elk just hanging around the property enjoying itself. The staff at the Inn were very nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Stayed for one night while visiting family. We only needed the room for sleeping in, so we weren’t picky. The non smoking room smelt a bit like smoke, but not enough o complain about. It was on a nice property with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside had we stayed longer. The breakfast was good. Overall, would stay there again.

We had a standard queen room. During the night we had bugs crawling on us. Didn’t get any sleep felt itchy. Manager wouldn’t refund us only offered us a different room. The room that was available was a king suite plus a rollaway for our daughter. They explained they wouldn’t charge us the difference for upgrading. Are you kidding me. Needless to say we will never stay there again

This is a favorite for my husband and I to stay at in Payson because it's a convenient walk to Fargo Steakhouse.
It is an older hotel, but it’s nice and some of the rooms have a fireplace, which we always get.

I stayed here many years ago and was impressed. The property has not been well-kept or maintained since then. Bed was semi-comfortable, cable TV service spotty and intermittent, dust on furniture, WiFi signal marginal in the evening, breakfast selections undesirable.

Very nice place. located walking distance from restaurants and businesses in the town, without much traffic passing by at night. It was mostly clean, aside from a few loose hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking, but it is complimentary. The staff were friendly and informative

Stopped here and decided for the upgraded King room so we could enjoy the large tub in our room. Check in was very smooth and easy. Upon entering we were concerned about the cleanliness with the room. There were handprints of makeup on our bathroom door and old matter of some kind on the couch. When we went to shower before getting into the tub the shampoo was complete liquid and just poured out of the container. The shampoo/conditioner were also differing brands and no body wash was offered. For the price- I do think these things matter. We did enjoy the tub but after getting out we were both extremely itchy.

It was very comfortable. Nice room! Only complaint was that the toilet was loose and rocked against the wall when I got off of it. Also the air conditioner pointed right down on the bed so that was a little uncomfortable

The room was absolutely amazing! It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the front desk people were very friendly, helpful and nice. Especially Natalie who helped us book an extra night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
