The room was not very fresh / clean. Notice window drapes unhinged and loose. Smelled musty. Night stand was dirty.

My room was dirty. Found a roach on the entrance carpet. Shower had lots of hair in the tub/shower. Told receptionist about issue but no answer or response.

Arrived at hotel around 6:00 pm and checked in quickly. First room smelled moldy so wife rejected. Manager quickly offered another room. New room smelled fine so we prepared to stay. Then my wife noticed dark stains in the bathtub with hair and the final nail in the coffin came when she pealed back the sheets and saw what she deemed to be semen stains on the top and bottom sheets diametrically opposed. At this point she refused to stay at the hotel. The manager offered us another room but quickly upon seeing my wife’s state of mind told me he would refund the full price and we could look for another hotel. I immediately logged onto hotels.com and located a nearby hotel with excellent reviews on cleanliness. I booked a room immediately and within 30 minutes we were in a clean comfortable room 5 miles away. This was not the experience I expected from a Hilton Garden Inns. I suspect they have an issue with their cleaning crew.

This was a nice property. My son is in college in the area; we'd stay there again. We did have a rattle in the A/C unit that was annoying, but overall nice place.

The hotel was kind if dirty - we stayed for four days three nights and no one ever came to clean, replace towels, I had to get candle to cover smell of the room when I walked in, the pool was closed majority of the time we stayed and were asked to go to hotel across the parking lot which is their sister hotel they said. The outside door to come into hotel would not lock so anyone off street could walk in straight to stair well, I had room right by stair well so it was a bit uncomfortable bc there was some homeless walking around. I pretty sure I saw mold in the shower tile. The employees were kind very nice, the guy at breakfast bar was kind and helpful. I would prefer not to stay her again, but would if I had to.

Great stay for the price but the landscaping was over grown, especially by the pool. Our room on the 3rd floor had a lot of water damage and stains on the ceiling but over all it was a decent stay. Just needs a refresher/remodel! The pool was pretty dirty so we had to skim the pool ourselves before getting in. Bartender was amazing, I’d come back and stay just bc of her!!!!!!

The room was clean but the bathroom was dirty, the tub was super gross. and last but definitely not least - Our vehicle was broken into as well as our trailer (someone cut the locks) and all our stuff stolen and hotel did nothing.

I left the hotel about 11:00am after the first night and asked if housekeeping would come by while I was out? Nope I should have called earlier. They were still on the floor and I'm not sure why calling earlier would have helped.

The room smelled old.
Before check out @12 around 11:45 am staff member was knocking on door to check on room. We had already received a courtesy called from front desk to let us know about time (when we already knew time).It was very unnecessary to be out our front door to tell us again about check out when it was not even noon yet.
