Two-night stay. Excellent staff and breakfast. Very clean and tidy. Free parking and safe area. Overall, I wish we could have given it a 5-star rating; however, the air conditioner unit was SO NOISY we couldn't get a good night sleep both nights. The a/c unit was located less than 3 feet from the head of our bed. Extremely noisy! Had to take a sleeping pill both nights. Still, would wake up about 2 a.m. and move thermostat up from 75 degrees to 80 degrees just to keep it from cycling on and off. Obviously, got a little warm.

Very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and indoors so that makes it a year round fun activity. The room was spacious smelled fresh was super cool (which is very important with our Texas heat) and … you guessed it… very clean. We will definitely stay again with our family!!

Would stay here again. Some noise at night from the highway. We were on the first floor

This place was a great hotel to stay in I loved the view the cleaningess and the service was perfect, the employees are so nice to you , breakfast was perfect as well overall this is a perfect place to stay in with you're family

The Springhill suites was very economical. I don't need an ocean view when I can drive 5 minutes to get to the beach.It is way cheaper than those on the beach and much cleaner with better parking and nicer free breakfast.

The staff here was very friendly & made us feel at home in Galveston! The property was well taken care of and clean. Absolutely would stay here again!

My room had the best view over looking Moody Gardens. The staff was so sweet. The hotel was so clean. The parking lot was clean as well. I enjoyed the indoor pool. This hotel is so close to the beach. If you want an enjoyable stay with friendly service then choice Springhill best place ever.

My room had a water leak that covered my only bed. I was transferred to another room at midnight. I asked for NO ROOM SERVICE, but they STILL ENTERED MY ROOM while my valuables and personal effects were on the desk in the room. The WiFI did NOT work and the morning front desk agent stated that no one else is having problems except me. They connected to Support, and after they verified my information, they started asking personal questions; when I asked why they need my personal information, they hung up on me. I asked for a late check out at 1:00 p.m., they CHARGED me for an extra day because I was late! Their team members hide in the stairwell and get on their phone and they tell you that they don't have anyone to help. The Elevator buttons do NOT work except when you are on the Lobby floor. To call the elevator to your floor, you have to contact the front desk and they will need to send it to you! The only professional is Egricelda (Thank You)

The room cost 480$ for two night stay. The furniture was very “worn” and dated. Hotel was quite average. But for 480$ I would at least expect them to have a maid service that made the bed, emptied trash, picked up/ replaced the used wash clothes, replaced the paper coffee cups and provided another packet of coffee

Had a leak in the room from the AC unit that we didn't realize was soaking the carpet and bags that was in that area. Rooms and staff was nice other than the pot smokers. We was unable to go out and enjoy the balcony because of the pot smokers stinking up the outside and leaving the door open just filled the room with the odor.
